Bummer...can't work out like usual this morning...have to drop off a car at the shop with my husband and then have committments at my son's schools...

I hate getting off my routine...glad we have an elliptical...going to have to get on it tonight after the boy's hockey.

Goal today is to stick with 1200-1300 calories in case the workout doesn't happen....

Of course I woke up starving...going for the protien bar or the oatmeal...can't decide.

blink, almost everything you eat has sodium in it.. you dont want a lot of sodium in your diet..  its recommended that woman have less than 2500 mg of sodium per day (and i think this is on a 2000 calorie diet... i also dont know about men)...  if you have too much sodium in your diet, you will retain water (which if you drink tons of water can actually help you flush the sodium out... ) along with other health risks from too much sodium...

Gahh, got involved in a little drama in a CC thread.  I'm PMSing so this isn't good.  I don't normally do that, but a certain poster makes my blood boil.  I'm so upset I'm seriously considering only posting in my group thread from now on.  This totally sucks.

Well its 3am here, sorry I have not been around lately. Weight went back up to 151, its my fault I havent been the best lately. We have my husbands cousin staying with us this week and he is shipping out to Iraq in a few days so this is the last time we will see him for almost 2 years. So needless to say I have been slacking a little this week. So anyhow.. I plan to get back on track. Today I am going to sit in a hospital all day because my mom is having surgery on her back. This is her 3rd surgery.. :-( Anyhow just wanted to check in with you guys! I miss ya'll! Talk soon!
Grrrrrrrr...... back up to 155 this morning! I am tired of up and down!! I still have not started TTOM yet, but I am hoping for a drop after, because I have been sooooo good! I should be right around 1300 calories today and have walked and or Ab Lounged everyday! I need to step up the workouts a bit! I am joining the Rec Center gym in my town. They do a punch card...10 visits for 18 dollars!!! They have cardio and weights and yoga classes etc....

lol.. carie whitney ask about her cal deficit with only eating 1200 cal and working out etc, and SOME people said it was fine and that she wouldnt got into starvation mode and other said on days she does workout she need to eat back her cals, i seen that but descided not to join in that convo..lol especially since i seen it was her and she is in my group here in the 150's, but i totally agree with nocturne and the others about eating your cal back...atleast some of them, i think i asked you guys that same question not long ago, so that said whitney try not to make it a habit you can get yourself into something bad.. k xoxox
so anyway.. carie whats the scoop, r u pre totm? it sound like your doing everything sooo right.. maybe try a water pill they are natural i think.. maybe check first..

well on my part down a few more oz 151 today..wooohooo i have been holding 151.6 so im excited i want so bad for my scale to say 149.9 or anything before my daughter bday..lol

Hi all...haven't written in a few days.  Kind of hovering between 154 and 155.5.  A little frustrating although I know that I haven't been all that good this week.  Last weekend, was at an auction and only had the option of hot dogs for lunch, then had pizza at a friends that night...oops.  Hubby got a new job so we also had wine a couple nights this week that didn't help anything and I haven't been very active this week either.

Back to it today.
150 even this morning. Very excited.....hope it sticks...

I just worked out yesterday more than I ever have before ~ just based on my cardio machines (elliptical & treadmill) I burned 500 cals! And it didn't even feel like I was pushing myself, I enjoyed every second of it! Back to the gym today of course, this time with a friend who has asked ME to help HER get in shape!!

The diet is going great too! I'm going to weigh myself on saturday and I'm reeeaallly hoping to be 154....
It didn't have anything to do with any of you guys, thankfully.  I don't want to get into names and details, I don't want to be immature.  It's hard.  Anyway, I'm moving on.

Not weighing today, I stayed up late to make sure my aunt was okay, she's over and has bad athsma (sp?).  Like might have to go to the hospital kind.  So I ended up snacking late.  I know the scale is going to reflect that.
yep hollybelle, we are twins!  I'm not too worried about the fluctuations.  I'm going to be really good for the next week as I'm off to Kentucky next weekend.  I'm going to try to stick to it then as well and since the hotel has a gym, I can use that too.
oh prettybowen i forgot to say i tanned yesturday too for the first time..lol i burned my but.. it kinda hurst with my jeans on today..lol but i have great skin thanks to being italian so i tan easy i guess that why they let me in for the whole 12 min..lol

anyway so far so good today, and good for you planing on using the hotel gym andraw your better than me i would probley run up and down the stairs a few time..lol and say that was plenty..: )

Hey girls, let me run by my days food intake and you can tell what if anything I may be doing wrong. Maybe I am adding it up wrong!
1/4 C. egg beaters
1 mini flat out bread (60 cals)
1/2 slice light american cheese
2 Tbl salsa

1 Fat free Activia yogurt
1/4 c. Kelloggs Low fat granola

1 mini wheat bagel
2 Tbl Hummus
1 slice sargento provolone cheese

1 c. Crispix
1/2 c. skim milk
Orange

1 Vegan Boca burger
1 slice lite wheat bread
1 slice tomato
1 small baked potato with mustard

1 100 cal snack pack

I get just under 1200 calories for all this!
wow carie you eat better that me yumyum you want to make my lunch everyday.. and send it to me..lol or breakfast or dinner..hehe looks really doing to me, but your not eating under are you then exercise maybe your body is fighting back.. jsut asking you didnt say..
According to my calculations, I am getting between 1300 and 1500, and burning 300 or so! Thanks for the help.
Sigh ... super frustrating day.  Weighed myself today, first day of TOM, and I so shouldn't have.  Up to 156 from 154 just two days ago ... seriously, I hate being a woman some days.  I know it's just bloat, but that it's crummy that a stupid number will wreck my morning like that. 

I exchanged emails with my dietition who agreed that I'm not getting enough calories after my workout which seems so elementary now, but I never knew it before, and now that I think about it, I've been unintentionally living on like 600 calories for weeks now, no wonder I can't break out of the 153-155 plateau ... sigh. 

I don't want to go to the gym, I'm tired and crabby, I just wish I could wake up and be twenty pounds lighter!  Blah!  Hopefully tomorrow will be much, much better.
