| Bummer...can't work out like usual this morning...have to drop off a car at the shop with my husband and then have committments at my son's schools...
I hate getting off my routine...glad we have an elliptical...going to have to get on it tonight after the boy's hockey. Goal today is to stick with 1200-1300 calories in case the workout doesn't happen.... Of course I woke up starving...going for the protien bar or the oatmeal...can't decide. | Thanks Holly! Well today was still a good day! I came home STARVING after work and ready to dig into anything I could get my hands on, but wisely decided on a small baked potato with spray butter and a little soy sauce and left over steamed broccoli, about a cup! Oh, and my big treat....one Special Dark Hershey's miniature! I still came in at about 1700 calories, with a 275 calorie deficit, and that is not including the ab work I will still do, and all the walking I did at work today! So I am probably at closer to a 500 cal deficit when all is said and done! I am a little scared the soy sauce with cause a temporary weight gain in the morning, but I am guzzleing water as we speak to counteract that! Talk to you all tomorrow! 18 days to move to the 140's!!! | ||

im so proud of you.. you have really steped up your game, yes i agree drink drink just incase, im about to go drink some too, i made cookies tonight to bring to work, but i was really good i did have 2 but it was 1 oz total i can believe is 120 cal but hey...gotta live a little..that was my treat tonight..: ) here to being down a few oz in the morning girls..
end of april is fast coming..lets push it girls.... |

| Okay, time for bed! Our new Ab Lounge came today! I jumped on it for awhile tonight! Its gonna hurt tomorrow! I have also packed all my food for the day at work tomorrow! I work 7am to 7:30 pm. It all totals just over 1300 calories and that includes a Weight Watchers Ice Cream for when I get home! I feel really proud of myself and all you girls! Way to motivate Holly! How's it going Laurie? (Poohct) GOOD NIGHT ALL!!!! Another good day under my belt. One day at a time really works! | ||

151 today...down .2 lbs from yesterday! Okay so my minigoal this weekend is to not EAT EVERYTHING!! Every weekend I struggle and I don't drink enough water. At work all I do is drink water but at home I would rather have a diet coke or coffee.....so my plan is to buy those giant waters at the gas station that way I will drink it at home. I have homework all weekend....papers, projects and studying. I am not looking forward to the weekend....
Everyone stay positive and you will be rewarded!!!! acaruthers: I am not sure about too few calories, you might plateau or hurt yourself. What do the rest of you guys think???? |

| Acaruthers how many is too few? i had a big deficit of like 4-5 hudreed to few one day this week, did hurt me to bad but i would say not to keep doing it, and try to add something a little extra in, like i added peanutbutter in which i love to it was a nice treat for me to beable to have or maybe pick up a protein bar im trying a powerbar now its whole grain peanut butter chocolate chip and its not to bad has 240 cal ,10 g protein it got a A on the cc food list, im having for breakfast to get me going this morning.. | ||

ps 152.6 this morning so up a few oz fromthe other day but i think that time is coming but im so glad to be off the 154 that i was stuck at.
im also with you for the weekend challenge to not binge and get all my water in prettybowen... i have a zumba class this weekend i have never taken it before so im excited i hope it keeps me motivated.. good luck today girls we can do this... |

I went back up to 157...but tom is this weekend. My calories are great and I've active as can be...so I will just keep at it...I usually gain 2-3 before tom so that is what I am hoping. What more can I do right. Yesterday was good w/calories and the workout. Have a night away w/girlfriends and I will try to keep it under control...lots of h2o and watch the bad food. I am doing my best and there is not much more I can do without feeling completely deprived.
Sounds like everyone is doing great. I took the morning off to get organized and run a few errands... |

Everyone sounds like they are doing great! I got on the scale this morning and it was 153!!!! So that means I have lost 3 pounds this week! I'm not sure if it will stay quite so low as I was 155 yesterday. In any case, I'm on the way to the 140s by the end of the month! acaruthers - 602 cals is really low and with 30 minutes on the elliptical that puts you way, way too low. Your body will go into starvation mode and you won't lose any weight. It's really important to give your body enough nutrients to function. |

149.4 - still in the 140s, I'm trying sooo hard to be good, I went over my calories, I ate around 1450 yesterday, blah. I feel like I fell down stairs so I havn't even exercised in 3 days. I need coffee =_=' acaruthers - andraw is right, you can eat too few calories, we need food for our organs to work, 1200 if you're a woman, if you're eating less than that, you are killing yourself slowly. It's serious, please eat more. |

| I also agree 602 is way way to low, if i were you since you work 2 jobs maybe pick up some protein bars to keep with you, even if you are not hungry its important to eat something, the cals are not to bad and pack full of vitamins and protein, even slim fast is something, just be aware and look up starvation mode on cc its tell you alot about it.. good luck | ||

Good morning everyone. Today I was 150.6 :-) Prettybowen- good for you being at 151! Maybe we will be able to cross over to the 140's club together! Also, thank you for the prayers for my son.. His surgery is scheduled for April 24th. He was born with a birth defect called hypospadias. He will have to have surgery on his little pee-pee :-( Hollybelle- Same for you too maybe we can all cross over to the 140's together! Wouldn?t that be awesome! poohct- Just keep at it.. sooner or later it will drop off! Good with keeping up with the H2O, it really does help to burn more calories! Good for you! acaruthers- Everyone is correct that eating to few calories will harm you. Your body does need enough to function. I like what someone else said, try to bring those yummy protein bars to work with you and snack on one when you can. It will help. Starvation mode does take a while to fall into but once your there it can take months for you to pull yourself out of it. andraw- Congrats on the loss! Keep up the good work! nocturne- Congrats on being in the 140's again!! I?m pulling for you, you can do this! I'm hoping to be right behind you! Well I?m off to figure out what?s for lunch today and get another bottle of water good day to everyone! Im trying to keep busy to keep my mind off everything going on with my son. |

you know carie my husband and i have one of those ab lounges and it has been sitting in our garage since we moved a year ago, but now that you talk about it i guess its high time we get it back out huh..lol

Hey everyone, I am still sitting at around 154-153, most of which is my own fault for not going to Aikido for a week, but I did survive easter and did not touch a peice of chocolate. The good news is that I am now fitting into a size ten and not a twelve anymore.....But I am still not going to run out and eat a Mcburger to celebrate that would be silly, instead I am going to treat myself to a glass of red wine and some cheese..... |

| Ok, over 1200 calories today. I don't typically eat 600 calories. Most of the time it is between 1100 and 1500 sometimes under and once over since I started. I was just curios as to the the dangers of not consuming enough calories. What else should I be looking at besides calories and sodium? | ||

| acaruthers when you do see that pie chart on "Analysis" you should be looking for it to show 40% carbs 30% protein and 30% fats. or the closest to that to be balanced, im not always right there but i do try for half carb and get the rest but i do thrive to have more protein than fat, but i hope this helps some i got it from another forum. | ||
