| I am 5'9 140..looking to drop 10 by the time I go see my boyfriend in Los Angelos (July 17th) anyone want to form a support group..I need motivation!! | ||

I have that extra flub under the belly button to, HARD area to work. Yesterday I went to the gym, and after my class I did an additional 25minutes of cardio I feel really good about that because usually i'm out right after class:) I think the key is really pushing past what your use to doing and with a combination of cycling calories & eating good choices you may just make it over that plateau. I tell you how it goes, cause I need to get over that 144 hump badly. |

Weigh in time ladies! Today's weight: 186.0 (what happened to tuesdays 184?!?) SW for this group 187 (down 1lb woooo) GW for July 4: 177.0 Blah...and now for a whole weekend camping, eating and drinking hahahahahaa...tuesday morning getting on the scale should be fun |

I am so with you. I still didn't get a new scale, but.... when I joined this group the scale said 124. All week I was 126, then 125 and today it says I am 124 again. BUT- I feel like I am staring to see curves and my mussels looked toned. I really don't care what the scale says today. I know I am starting to see improvements!!! That is what really matters. (i'm still going to buy a new scale though.) To everyone out there.... this is awesome to have support. Way to go for our first week!!!! thank you. :) |

Ok today 159 January sw 172-174 Been stuck at 160-162 for a month... GW 150 or less :) Thanks for the info Johgar and Adge1967. I do believe that measuring is a better way to tell how you are doing..My scale was nice to me this morning and i am going to try not to get on it so much..I do need a new one to. Mine is a HealthOmeter (dial) Adge1967 if you find a good one that is not crazy expensive please let me know.. Thanks for the support!!!! it is very encouraging |

I've got that flub under my belly button too. I call it my "inner tube", it's just like I have a ring of fat around my belly!! I'm getting slightly frustrated because I've been hitting a wall with weight loss the last couple months. I've been staying between 160-162. ARGH!!!! I'm going to try bringing down my calorie intake and shifting my work outs into overdrive!!! Anything that has worked for other people for getting off the plateau would be most helpful!! |

Are we weighing in today? Here goes: Today's weight: 187.0 SW for this group 190 GW for July 4: 177 I finally lost weight this week! Thursday I was down to 186 but 187 will do just fine! I have upped my water intake this week which I think has really helped. not only have I been able to lose some of the weight but it also curbs my appetite! |

SW for this group: TECHNICALLY 146 (I was at kike 145.8) CW: 144.5 (yea me! and yes I cound half lbs. it helps me kjnow i'm still losing!) GW: 135, then whatever I want :) I splurged today and ate junk food cause I was craving it, so whatever lol, I know I won't gain it back, cause it was alot of dairy (I'm severely lactose intolerant, and no, lactaid doesn't do anything for me) |

sueswan u become a member by just showing up, and keeping up with forum. Atleast thats how I came aboard:) I didn't realize we were doing friday weigh ins I usually get on the scale on wednesday, but i'll do it in the morning. I just ate and its the end of the day, not to mention that beef patty I had earlier is still chilling in my stomach.
