I want to lose 10lbs asap. i am 5,3, 31 med frame and 135. waist 28, chest 32 hios 36.

I need motivation so lets do it together.

I am fallan off the wagon, I have not been working out, due to illness and a sprained ankle that won't get better, and then I really  fell off the calorie restricting wagaon yesterday.  So after being really happy I reached 110 lbs, this morning I was 111.  I am going on vacation on Thursday, I am going to try not to gain - wish me luck.

I went on a plateau 3 months ago and I've been sitting at 125 for 3 months. 

Now My Current: I weighed in at 124 this morning.... maybe my plateu is broken!  Yippee!

Goal weight: 110

 

Current weight: 123 lbs

Goal: 103 lbs via 112 lbs

Forgot to post last week, but have now lost 2 more lbs.  So that's 5 in total.  I've also lost 2% of my body fat (I love my fat calculating scales), so I think I've gained more muscle, especially as my clothes are now looser AND I'm getting comments at work about how slimmer I'm looking!

Today I am 119.9 - down from 121.5.  Feels good to break into the teens! :)

I actually hit 115 over the weekend, which is my short-term goal.  It's TTOM and I had a little too much sodium over the weekend so maybe that's why it went back up.

I want to add that I checked my measurements this weekend and I've lost about 4 inches!

havent been to the gym in about 3 weeks (life has been abit crazy, social, work, family...etc) so starting today I'm taking my life back.  I just want to be happy with my body!!

Back from my week long vacation in Cape Cod (it was great), I ate whatever I wanted, did not count calories and only worked out one day, so far it has not shown up on the scale.  I am not going to hold my breath that it won't.  But for now I'm 110, I'm back on the CC wagon and trying to lose 2-5 more by my 40th on 7-27.

Woo Hoo, CoolI am under 110, I weighed in at 109.5  I am feeling pretty good.  I think If I maintain 108-110 I'll be happy, I used to like to be 102 to 105 but that is just too hard for me to maintain, I don't have time to exercise every day like a I used to.  I actually wore a bikini this weekend, just to my condo complex pool, but I did it, my pants are fitting, so I am pretty happy.

Do not get discouraged and think you cannot lose weight, it has taken me just about 3 months to lose 8.5lbs.  Just hang in there.

Types on losing weight/keeping weight off I read in my Shape mag:

1.  Weigh in frequently

2.  Eat a large breakfast

3. Keep a food diary

I wanna lose ten pounds as you all do. I am 5'2 and 118 friggin pounds. My highest is this (118) lowest is 94 (bad point in my life). My mom and I joined a gym, I love it so much I can't even describe it. I run/walk about an hour a day and I take in around 1000-1200 calories a day. Its been more like 1300 though after running I'm really hungry. Here are my stats:

Chest:34

Waist:26 1/2 -27

Hips:36

I wonder how much of my weight though is muscle...

D'oh, forgot to post again last week.  Not lost any more weight but have been to the gym every weekday morning for the past 3 weeks.  Have more muscle mass than wobble and am very pleased by that!

Is your group still open?  I am looking for support and people with the same sort of goals as me...  I am 5' 1", 139 pounds, 39 years old.  I would like to get down to 115, I don't think I look good under that, even though my sister is 2 inches taller and weighs 104 and looks proportionate and healthy.  I am built differently than her... she's small boned and I am large...  Posting on Mondays at 8AM?

I want to get back into my skinny jeans! Just finished college and have the dreaded freshmen 15 still hanging around. I do pretty good as far as the diet and exercise but there are some days when i fall completely off the wagon and am as lazy as/ eat like a horse. Ill be posting my progress and would appreciate any recommendations / support. Thanks!
