To Weigh In you will post a message using the following format:- Weigh In For __/__ (mm/dd)

Chit-Chat is fine. I hope we can all get to know one another and truly give encouragement to one another. If you have any suggestions or comments about the club, please email me and let me know.
Just be sure your weigh ins are in bold so that I won't miss any! If you are weighing in at home on a day other than Friday, please wait until Friday to post your week's weigh in so that I don't miss any.
There may be changes, new challenges, new games, etc. as time goes by. I will always make announcements on this thread header and in a post here, so that it will be noticed, hopefully. :-)Members - You must weigh in at least once a month to remain on the member list. If you are going on vacation or there is some reason you will not be able to weigh in for over one month, please email me and let me know.
The Member List shows your starting/current/goal weights the followed by how far you are from your goal. I've broken the list into categories by weight to lose before you reach your goal. Once you reach your goal, you will be moved to the Maintenance area of the list and you may then weigh in as often or little as you'd like, just please try to keep it on Fridays.

Down 3.5 this week, geez. I have the flu now and seriously have no appetite, although I am eating at least 1200 a day. I worked out yesterday for the first time in 4 days and the good thing is, I TOTALLY forgot about being sick and concentrated on the pain of cardio kickboxing, lol.

I really can't believe it! this the lowest I have been in 3 years...Not much more to go!!! I guess increasing the exercise has really made a difference! I had been at the same weight since Oct. 07

So as of Jan 25, I'm down to 124.6! I hope that this is not a fluke. I hope that last week was a bad-time-of-month-fluke and that today is more like reality. I'm kind of motivated to go at it HARDCORE the next couple of days because I am not visually seeing any differences yet and would really love to LOOK like 124 rather than 140.

Start my personal training today. This week Aunt Flo is visiting so I'm hoping next week I see a more significant loss. We'll see. I've also ordered some vitamins. I hear Calcium helps speed your metabolism. What do you girls know about this?

Vegitariangeek - no didn't gain....I know that's a good thing but after my 3 #'s lost last week really wanted something this week. Oh well.....put it behind me and i'm focused on the next week's weigh in.

Way to go, girls....I got into jeans this week that I haven't worn for at least 2 years!!!I've got a bet on to lose 13 more lb by 3/1 and I am determined to win. I even went for a long walk in the freezing cold tonight with my dog to make up for not going to the gym today....and I'll hit the gym hard in the morning before work. If I can go at least 3 times a week I feel much better & have more energy. Here's to a new week--see you on Friday, if not before......

Well, something skipped by me... I log in every day but haven't been aware this thread was still going on... I saw my name wasn't on the list anymore, which doesn't surprise me since I haven't sent anymore weigh in since December.
I am sorry I dropped off. I would like to be in again, but I am going to Europe at the end of the week, and will be absent till the 10th of March. Do you think I could still be included? I really need the support.
My last weigh in was at 175. My original weight was 183. Have plateaued for the last two weeks, in spite of everything, but I guess it has to happen from time to time. I hope my return to Europe will help. I can't wait to be able to WALK again... You don't really walk where it's over 100F year round, and where you have to fight off bikes everywhere, because there are no sidewalks... It is tougher to lose weight where it's hot anyway, as your body doesn't use up as many calories trying to keep cool as it does to keep warm...
I'll be here till Saturday, so I'll be happy to know if I am in again before that. Thanks!
P.S: There is a chance I'll be able to log in once in a while, so I'll try to send data when I can, but having both a scale and a computer will be some chore!!!

I didn't do so good this week....i've been having major issues with the weightloss lately. I unfortunately gained 3lbs this week....gggrrrr!!
