I was on the treadclimber for 45mins last night(5/22).

I don't have a computer so I am only on at work.  Sorry, I am working on getting a laptop for home.  I do have a birthday next week so maybe I will get some money to help me buy one.  HEHE!!

Yep  I log in 90 min last night.  No running last night.  I was too tired.  But lets go team!!!

I am so sore right now.  I have tremendous respect for all your exercise you posted yesterday that you do Chris.  I'd drop.  I'm about to drop now from T-ball practice and the treadmill yesterday.  Today is a repeat of yesterday for me so once I leave work I won't be able to check in again until late night.  In the meantime, I check in like crazy while I'm at work. 

I know, I know...bad Val, bad Val!  heeehee  shhh.

ha ha it wanst bad that noone was on but i had noone to talk to and i missed u all last night!!!!!  My hubby, ugh maybe its his time of the month!!!!!  He was so annoying last night, but i love him even so!!!!

ok log me in at 60 min for today......i need a shower it was muggy outside getting ready to storm bad here so ill try to do more on the treadmill later im sore today..........

Chirs....you are just on fire with this walking challenge!!  You go girl!!  I have been trying to walk an hour in the morning, but that just hasn't happened yet.  Having a little problem with some sort of pest in the ceiling in my room so I am not getting a whole lot of sleep.  Pest or no pest tmw my butt is getting up and doing it.  HAHAHAHA.

GL amaxpo on 2 hours i am beat...... imma try for 30 more later on the treadmil!!  Yes im doing good on this challenge BUT im sure sometime we will do a water challenge and i will fail miserably there im on my 2nd bottle now see how bad that is!!!

Chris, don't worry about the water challenge.  I'm sure I'll pick up any slack you feel you may have.  I already drink around 3-4 liters a day and can easily fit in more.  Have you heard of any other potential weekly challenges yet?

Amaxpo-I totally relate.  It's almost always running in the background and I'll flip screens, refresh and flip back.  Half my office is out at a conference so this week is especially slow for me.  So what do you do to log in for the weekends?
