What are some Very VERY VERY Low Calorie Snacks???
Sometimes I just want to eat something. I am sick of baby carrots. Is there anything I can eat as a snack and not worry about the calories. I just want to chew something, and I am not a fan of gum, it makes me very hungry. So please please please suggest something I can just snack on without too much counting involved :)
Sugar free fudgesicles -- I think the ones in my freezer have 35 cal each
Frozen sweet cherries -- 90 calories a cup
Cinnamon sticks -- 0 calories -- it's bark! It usually takes me about 30 - 45 minutes to finish a cinnamon stick.

I was going to suggest pickles but someone beat me to it. - high five -
The only other thing that I can think of that isn't listed above is candy! Just kidding! But, not really. There were those little chocolate peices that are only ten calories a peice. Which was great for me because I only wanted five of them. Just to roll them around in my mouth until they desolved. It's a treat and if you do it right very few calories. Read the lables and use things in proportion.

Pickles and cucumbers have zero calories. So does watermelon.
Wonderful site for calorie free, carb free, and sugar free dips, dressing and sauces is Waldenfarm.com
I personnally love the Pancake syrup with multigrain frozen waffles or the salad dressings and dips with veggies!
Check out their site ... they have a new Caramel Sauce I think I am going to try to use with apples.

Sugar free jello!!!
Salad. Two cups of mixed salad is only 15 cals. Use a low-cal dressing, or salt and/or vinegar. Olive oil has too many calories even though it's good for you.
Saltines are 12 cals each.
Cucumbers with salt are delicious. Removing the skin reduces calories.
Low calorie/sugar free fruit pops

Also, karricurbstomp is incorrect. Pickles and cucumbers are NOT calorie free. One pickle slice is 5cal, and one medium cucumber is about 45.
well i just learned what edamame were today, what about those with a little nutmeg seatsalt sprinkled on them
Pomegranates. I don't know how healthy they are and they're not in season for long (usually around September) but they take for-freaking-ever to eat. And they taste good, IMHO.
well, i like cold creamy and savory sweet things so i suggest fat free whipped cream frozen and reduced fat graham crackers, also try apples and turkey are the best oh and pickles and turkey slices are great as well espeically if you use a little low fat dressing with it...
Kashi GoLean cereal. I put one cup in a plastic baggie for a snack at work.
I also love to buy those mini-cucumbers. I can just throw one in my purse and eat it whole when I need a snack. Very refreshing on a hot summer day.

There are some low calorie soups like cup a soups or ones from packets and theyre warm and filling, they can range from 40 calories to about 90 calories.
cow and gate baby biscuits are low in caloires and taste really nice (17 calories per biscuit)
wafer thin ham or chicken/turkey have like 10 calories in each slice
melons are reasonably low too
crackers
grapes
crispbread and bread sticks are something like 15 cals each and they are quite big so i think these are a very good snack or you can get mini breadsticks at 7 calories each.

Miso soup is super low in cals , like 30 cals or less for a bowl when you make it at home. Look in the asian section of your supermarket for miso paste. Mix with water and enjoy. It's basically fermented soybean paste. YUMMY! You may have had it at a Japanese restaurant before. Millions of Japanese people drink it before meals, and even have it for breakfast. It works like any other broth by filling you up so you eat less. beware the3 sodium content and the fact that the labels are usually in chinese characters. (I just look at the content label to make sure it's fermented soybean paste)
cucumber and raw mushrooms <33
i like them with 1 or 2 tbsp of hummus. mm :]

I love frozen pineapple, grapes are really really good. Frozen yogurt. I also love plain rice cakes with a little bit of peanut butter and jelly. I also love to make a salad and break up a plain rice cake and put them in my salad. They are a low cal. version of crutans. The whole bug thing totally creeps me out too!
Dried fruit snacks.
I like Laughing Cow cheese and baguettes. It is swiss cheese with 5 onion poppyseed breadsticks. They are only 60 calories and very tasty.
I second cucumbers with salt sprinkled on them! Delicious!
Fresh salad ingredients with just a little salt are quite nice. One of my favourite childhood memories is just sitting in front of the TV with my family and snacking on an entire head of romaine lettuce.
One other thing that I enjoy, ever since I was a child: lemons. Does anyone else do that? Peel a whole lemon, separate the sections and sprinkle a little salt on? I still do it occasionally. It freaks my partner out! But it wakes you up, and you feel strangely full.
