I have seen lots of 'What did you eat today', 'what did you have for lunch today', ect....but I have never seen a breakfast one. I think this is a great way to try new foods and get other ideas.
For starters, this is what I had:
- Oatmeal with half a banana, Cinnamon, and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- Half a kiwi;
- Raspberries;
- Raisins;
- Strawberries;
- Unsalted cashews;
- and raw almonds.
What did YOU have today?
Multigrain cheerios and yogurt!
Omlette made from 2 egg whites, mushroom, onion, spinach, chili powder
2 blueberry nutrigrain waffles, 2 veggie sausage links and 1 egg and 2 egg whites scrambled. It was decadent.
2 waffles and 2 tbsp of honey PB btwn...so yummy
Toast, eggs w/pepper, and coffee!
Egg and gouda sandwich on rye
Strawberries
Cheery-cinnamon tea with honey
1 apple baked, then mushed up and mixed with peanut butter and spread over a bagel
thomas bagel square, lots of PB+J, apple, cheese, and some raisins
Eggs with way too much pepper and toast.
Sliced strawberrys, and goji berrys.
organic yogurt with a dab of protien powder, and hempseeds.
and a good cup of coffee.
my new favorite breakfast, ive been on a sourdough bread kick lately!
- two free range egg whites plus one whole egg scrambled together with a splash of rice milk and kelp powder.
-1/3 cup (when raw) of organic steelcut oats.
-two cups of green tea.
I'm trying to make myself eat more for breakfast because I'm never hungry in the mornings these days. :/
honey bunches of oats & a peach
1 cup of oatmeal with mushed up banana and 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 slice of walnut sourdough bread
2 cups of fruit tea
yum!
nestles " almond oats n more" cereal...so yummy :) (with super millk)
sugar free syrup
apple
almonds
2 cups of coffee with ff creamer
