I worked out a ton last week and so far this week has been a little more lax. I am training for a 10 mile race. I have never run a 10 miler. This past week I managed to run for a solid half hour and went 2.36 miles. I felt great!
I have been really tired this week and I can't tell if it is an iron deficiency, TOTM or maybe I'm pregnant (as she crosses her fingers).
alright. weighed in today: down 2 lbs but thats from a few weeks, because i didnt weigh myself while i was away. time to get workin...good job, all, for doing so well!!! next week i'll be with ya! ![]()
Right now I havent lost any weight this week but it probably was bc of TOTM so hopefully I see some changes this week or next week. I'll keep ya'll updated. I see some are losing 2 pounds and thats great keep up the good work.
BABYDAHL66: Well if you are pregnant you wont be able to diet for a while but hang in there :)
Sounds like everyone's in good spirits and doing well. Cool- don't sweat not losing for a week. Our bodies do crazy things with food and water.

Big day for me today - down 10.5lbs this month :)

Another weigh-in.
CW 197.0, down 1.0 from last week. 14 lbs to go. Next week I will be out of town on business so I will check in again in two weeks. I am hoping just to hold even during that time. Good luck to all, keep working!
Edited to add: woops, I checked in a day early! No harm done I suppose. Have a successful two weeks!

I posted a while back and got very sick and stopped posting for awhile. I am back on track and still going. I started out with Nutrasystems and now I am doing it on my own. I now have exactly 30 pounds to lose. I am very motivated and it helps to hear how everyone is doing. Thank you sexycoolaries for checking in on me when I was sick:)

I'm down two for the week. Looks like eight for the month. 18 pounds to go.
I hope all are well. Remember the good thing about trying to lose weight or eat healthy is if you mess up you get to start over everyday. Good luck to all!
So far no loss this week. Maybe it will come by Friday. Whats everybodys goal weight? I'm trying to get to 130.
I'm not losing right now either!!!! GGGRRR.
I am down 12.5lbs and dying to see another drop but been at 172 for 3/4 days now. Think maybe I haven't been eating enough? Well I fixed that today :(

Why wouldn't you be able to loss weight if you didn't eat enough? I keep mines between 1200-1500 and I don't know why it feels like forever to loss weight. I know you should have a 500-1000 calorie deficit but what would happen if you have more then 1000 deficit. Should I eat more to get in that range. I've been having like a 1400 or more deficit a day and thats probably because I work out alot.
Not down one pound this Wed. I wonder whats going on because I know I don't eat over my calorie intake and I would hate to starve myself to lose weight.

hmmmmm Is everybody still on board. No loss for today for me. I have loss 5 inches though. So 11 pounds and 5 inches loss so far.

Hi all, sorry for skipping reports the last couple of weeks. I was traveling and then last week I forgot. As I expected, an extended business trip got in the way of my progress but I'm back to my usual routine now. Current weight is 196, down one pound from my last check-in three weeks ago. 17 pounds lost, 13 to go!
