Finale Weigh-In: Monday, Sept 1st, Labor Day: A day of rest from work, you can pat yourself on the back for the good you've done for your own body this summer~!
Set a reasonable goal that you think you can achieve with making better eating choices, exercising beyond your regular daily activities, drinking more water, counting calories.. however you want, as long as it's a good, healthy way to lose weight. Get started today!

Wow! I totally cheated...had everything I wanted, partied like a rock star and didn't gain a pound! Yeah ...but I didn't lose either! Hey at least I don't have to make up for the holidays! Now I can just get back on my fat burning wagon and get er done! I hope y'all had a great fourth and maybe next Monday I will get out of the 20's and into the teens!

Ate what I wanted without eating the cookies and brownies (that would have been ugly). Only worked out on Saturday... : P Today is a new day...back on track.

Well, I totally cheated this weekend. Ate things I shouldn't have. OMG a large Dairy Queen blizzard! I felt sick afterward. 2 months ago I could have eaten that no problem. But since my new healthier eating habits started, my body must be changing...for the better! Back on track today...

So ok , I lost 1.5 pounds which according to EVERYONE ( cc, my DR. , all the articles I read) is a good , healthy normal amount of weight to loose in a week. So why the heck don't I feel happy? Ughh sorry people , but I am just so irked that this process can't be a little faster.
Meg do you consider drinking beer cheating on your diet? I always figure as long as I work it into my calorie allowance for the day I am ok. . . maybe that's why I am loosing so slow about once or twice a week I'll have a beer w/ dinner or 3 beers all in the same night but all w/i my cals for the day could this still be hurting my weight loss?
TTOM and overinduldged ridiculously for the past week b/c I thought I might be preggers and was upset/scared/nervous/PETRIFIED... thankfully aunt flow finally came although my "diet" has gone to shambles... I will do better this week.

A crazy (short) week. Stressed out most of this week and instead of eating right and working out..I didnt eat enough calories and did not work out at all. The most exercise was painting the living room...MUST GET BACK ON TRACK!!!
My ankles have been swelling since traveling last week. That and a new medication are having a frustrating impact on my weight. Won't have an accurate weight until this bod settles out... discouraging.

I can't believe it! I have been a bad girl this week! Yessica, I gave up drinking beer because of the carbs, but I switched to vodka so I still get the empty calories! I gotta go drink again tonight! Last night before my friends leave town! Whoo Hooo!
