well considering my current status, i'm glad he's gone right now lol. but trust me, he is hurtin way worse than i am! haha i know he is dying!

yay! my aunt called and ordered soem fireworks! woohoo! I should hopefully make about $300 at least from the booth! that is going to help soooo much!

I have to earn $3100 but want to earn closer to $4000. 75% of that money goes directly to patient services, a small portion goes to cover logistical costs for the race like the hotels, and the rest goes to keeping the society running so they can provide the services they provide. It's a really great cause. It's been great to work at the booth and see them people who come buy from us b/c of the society. I will be doing my letters to send to like everyone I know asking for donations. I need to send those out ASAP b/c that's where most of the money comes from. After that, I have to come up w/ fundraising ideas like garage sales and stuff. I have to get creative!

I have no doubt u will hit ur goal!!  How much are u at now, and when do u have to earn it by?

what about a car wash?  that could earn u alot of money as well!!

ummmm right now I have $45 (thanks to val!). I'm waiting on around $50 to be put in from the restaurant fundraiser last month, adn hopefully the fireworks will earn me about $300. so I still have a long ways to go. I might do somethign like a car wash. That would get people to just straight donate money which would be awesome. I was thinking of putting together those jars w/ all the ingredients for cookie dough or brownies but I don't really know if I could sell those. I'm just not great at thsi kind of stuff so it's a little overwhelming.

o and i'm supposed to have it raised by the end of august, but if I don't have it all by then they will give me about another 6 weeks to raise more before I have to pay the rest out of pocket.

do u have a website for people to donate or just letters, you will have to send me one...if no website!!

I say go for the carwash a very inexpensive way to raise money!!  pick a day and a place, get a bunch of friends to help ya or at least a few!!  And on a nice sunny day u could rake in the bux!!

i actually included the link to my website in my profile. Yea, i'll have to rally together some volunteers to help me wash some cars! haha im sure i could put the siblings to work! lol

I was at lunch.  My lunch partner came and got me right in the middle of posting here.  Then, of course I lost the post and forgot what I was going to say.

My abs were fine this am but just like when I did the Austin DVD, they're starting to hurt now that it's later in the day. 

I've come to the conclusion that I will most likely not get everything in that I wanted to get in before I leave today.  Eh, these bills aren't going anywhere from now until Thursday.  Lol

I wish I could help with the car wash too.  That sounds like fun.  Especially being in sunny California!

The last of the shishkabobs, the last of the skirt steak, and a side salad from Mickey D's.  I gotta put it in but I doubt it was over a few hundred calories.

Barney was a staple.  Although she's "grown up" now, she's more into Spongebob.  Lil'V announced her "grown up" status last night.  Lol
