Bummer...can't work out like usual this morning...have to drop off a car at the shop with my husband and then have committments at my son's schools...

I hate getting off my routine...glad we have an elliptical...going to have to get on it tonight after the boy's hockey.

Goal today is to stick with 1200-1300 calories in case the workout doesn't happen....

Of course I woke up starving...going for the protien bar or the oatmeal...can't decide.

Well today I have stayed the same :-( I guess thats ok. (153 lbs.) Im not sure whats going on, Im really bloated and just feel icky. I guess it could be that time of month but I dont know because it never comes so to speak. I have an IUD for birth control and I get all the symptoms of a period but no period ;-) So somtimes Im not sure if Im getting that time of month or not... lol. Im guessing thats whats going on though, or Easter just has me really messed up....off to drink some of my water for the day, yesterday I managed to get in 100 ounces.
You go with your bad self and 100 oz of water.. i try my best to to get that much but i usually gt about 72 oz..
Hi everyone!  Boy reading all those posts about going crazy over the weekend made ME FULL XD.

Carie, I resist the chocolate bunnies and such in a couple ways. 

1.  My family doesn't really do Easter anymore, all candy I want has to be bought by me.

2. I'm extremely picky about chocolate, if it was a Godiva truffle bunny, you know I'd be all over it, but I can't stand generic brand chocolate, yuck!

3. Junk food makes me feel weird and yucky now, I seriously get congested and sick right after candy or ice cream.  I never thought THAT would happen.

149.4 today, I can't wait to be under 149 for the first time.
Going down! 155 today! Doing well again so far! One day, make that 1 hour at a time!!!
boyfriend stopped by to take me to breakfast this morning so I am definitely going to have to do some extra work today.  The dog looks like he wants a walk anyway.
back down to 160 after the Easter Fiasco, and soo should be back in the 150's in a day or two =)

So i thought i would start over today and so far I am pretty good. I need to start running again...I haven't in about 5 days. It has been cold and the treadmill is boring me. So I need to figure something out to do to switch it up. I am drinking loads of water and trying to get out of my slump. I still feel yucky about myself though...

weak moment...found some yummy dark chocolate.. ate some.

i just made some tea hoping I can get over the craving because i really want more.  I logged it, and put in for dinner tonight a salad w/tuna.  Jogging w/my friend tonight for a few miles too, if my hubby gets home from work on time.  I plugged in a vitamuffin for dessert later...must be getting near tom, i can't stop thinking about chocolate.

I was trying to spiffy up the house for my son's communion in a few weeks and just made way too many holes in the wall hanging a few pictures...now i have to fix the walls too, go figure.  off to clean some more.

prettybowen...hang in there, it's just a number...you are so beautiful...see, that's what's great about you...you can lose the weight, but some people can't fix ugly...that's what i always tell myself for motivation!

Day 2...NO SUGAR!!! Yeah me! I came in just over 1700 calories today. A bit higher than I like. I want to stay right around 1300 to 1500. But I still have about a 250 cal deficit! I am hoping that within the next day or 2 my sugar craving will have subsided some!!! Have a great night girls! Prettybowen, you are doing great! I wish I had your discipline! Laurie and Hollybelle, you are both such great support! Thanks!!!

Was able to lift weights this morning and do 30 min on the elliptical. Pretty good day. I'm at 152 now.. really need to get into the next range.
ckwski that is great! I saw your picture, when was that taken? I also read your profile and had to laugh when you said you would like to be 135, but would secretly be happy with 145! ME TOO! I am 5'6" and 154.5 pounds (as of today!!!) Finally seeing the scale go down!! Today is day three of NO SUGAR!! Assuming I make it through the day without stopping at a donut shop or eating all the leftover Easter candy in the house! I have literally white knuckled it through the last couple of days to keep  from eating the sugar, but am hopful that the cravings will go away and it wont always be so hard!!! 1500 calories and a 4 mile walk is the goal today! Wish me luck!!!

I have jazzercise this morning and then a personal touch class for a half hour where they concentrate on specific body parts...today it is butts and abs...oh boy do i need help there.  Down .2 this am.  I am taking it with a smile.  I think tom is looming, acne on my chin, massive chocolate cravings....need to get through it without a gain hopefully.  was good last night, but did indulge in a glass of wine w/hubby and did not go running w/my pal.  I have a busy day of volunteering, so that should keep me out of the kitchen.

Well I am at 152.6 this morning which is 1 lb away from what I was before I started eating awful again. So, I guess I am working my way down again. Starting to feel better about it.

I bought some new exercise videos on amazon yesterday...I can't wait to get them and try them out!

Okay, so what do you say we are all outta here and into the 140's by the end of the month!?!?!! We can do it!
It's been a while since I posted...we had the stomach flu over Easter which saved me any cravings! After 2 weeks holding steady at 155 and all the water weight fluctuation of the stomach flu I weighed in at 153.5 this morning! Whooo whoooo!

Carie87....the no sugar thing gets MUCH easier after a couple of weeks. Take it 1 day at a time, you CAN do it! Now if I eat any kind of sugary junk I feel so lousy afterwards that I no longer crave it!

Well, I WILL be in the 140's by May, I'm making a promise to myself. Have to say I'm pretty happy where I'm at since I lost 21.5 pounds so far and met my original goal, but for the first time since I was 19 I feel like I can make 131. Halfway there...
150.4 today, I don't get it.  I felt like I was on my way to 148.  This has been happening for 3 weeks, I highly doubt I'm gaining a lb or more in muscle every week.  I shouldn't be bloated, it isn't TTOM, I didn't eat a lot of salt and I drank more water than usual.  I just do not get this.
