GO, GIRL!!!!

Fantastic job everyone! I'm going to use you gals as motivation to get back on it... I was up 3lbs since I got back from the trip. I think the stress of the new job and being so busy really caught up with me. I didn't log calories and I've been going to the gym about half as often :(

It is my one year cc anniversary, so I am in good spirits.  Let me tell you girls --- go back and read your first month's journals and see if that doesn;t raise your mood.  I feel so much better/different.   ( :

Ok, so the scale says up 3 lbs from last Friday, but that's ok --I had a small backslide with the booze this week and all the funeral food in the world, so next week - better!!!!

still here:)

was traveling yesterday, so i bought a few flapjacks to have in place of lunch and dinner. they were so yummy! (both organic, one with organic cocoa, another with cranberries, both with linseed etc-they would be too calorie dense for a small snack, but were perfect as a replacement for a meal-i was not sure whether there would be anything healthy available during my day, and turned out it was not:)

I'm still here. Alive today. Never been so sick! Monday I had a sore throat. Tuesday, my parents rescued me. All day my kids were bored cause I couldn't get up for long. Thankfully Lexi filled my water glass whenever it was empty. My parents took them at dinnertime cause I couldn't do it. My body hurt from my legs to my neck. Every muscle and joint.(I've never felt pain like that before) My fever kept bouncing from 99 to 102. MY X Hubby took the kids all day on Wednesday. Was gonna take them at 9 but he had to come earlier because I was dizzy, I couldn't drive my son to school. I stayed on the couch all day. I felt somewhat human again yesterday. Today so far(just woke up) just like a regular cold.(cough and stuffy) and a headache.

Anyway scale said 158. Yay if its right.

163-2 weeks ago(felt stuck here forever)

159.5-last week(was right back up to 163 on Saturday)

OK my scale is phsychotic!!! Everytime I stepped on it, it gave me something different.  It worked fine for my husband.  The scale hates me and wants to make me insane.

The number I am giving today is 131.9....the middle number of all the other numbers displayedYell

I'm still here :) Seem to have a bit of a summer cold this week. My morning run only last 4 km before I collapsed into coughing :P yikes

Those 3 lbs I was up last week seem to be gone again (shrug). This morning I weighed in at 170.2 so I'm happy about that. It's the holiday weekend up here so that means lots of bbq'ing and drinking to watch out for.

Softball tonight, but I don't think that really counts as excercise since it usually involves drinking :P Going to states tomorrow for some outlet shopping, so that will be a few hours of walking. Will need to make sure to do something exta active on Sunday.

Hi Girls,

Sorry to hear some of you have been ill.  I hope you feel better soon.    I ate 2500 calories yesterday,  yikes!  And 100 grams of fat.  :(  I  It's summertime and all the wonderful macaroni and potato and fruit salads...............I couldn't help myself.  I just love this time of year. 

 I've been busy gardening, just love my flowers! I'm still weighing everyday, and lost 14 ounces this week.  I am at 92.6 and am actually ready to stop dieting now and see how well I do at maintaining.  I am finally into my skinny jeans I'd packed away several years ago.   So that was a real thrill for me.

I still feel like I need to pinch myself.  It's amazing to " feel like me again."  But very emotional too. Losing this weight has made me feel a little vulnerable, emotional, anxious, excited............so many different emotions.  I feel like a new person and will need to adapt?  Does that make sense? It's weird.  28 pounds lost since January 1st, hooray!  Have a great weekend everyone and be safe!

contemplating the new time/date/goal day for the change in post soon........  July 27th is my 4 year anniversary this year.  Just throwing that date out for consideration and accepting other time frames for people.  ( :   
is anyone going to make their "10 lbs lost" goal by 7-4?

I am not....  Not doing badly, just not losing quickly anymore.   ( :

how about an August 1st date change once 7-4 has been celebrated?   just a thought.....

I reevaluated and upped my goal, I'm now only 10lbs away from where I thought I would be... and I'm def not as small as I thought it would make it! heh...

So my mini goal is to lose the next 6 lbs by Aug 1, then another 10 by Jan 1st!

155.6 today   but still constipated. I don't get it the meds didn't work either.

wow--dj  --  ( :    I would give my left arm to be that close to where I want.   then again, losing an arm might make the numbers right.   lol

I should have hit you up last night, zena -- the booze truck hit me again.   why do I do that to myself? 

on the upside,  I did make myself get up and walk the dog.  Punishment for idiocracy if nothing else. 

Hay guys, I'm back. I know I have been away for your last challenge (believe me sitting that one out has made me put the weight I lost back on!) but I am back now!!

I think I have put on muscle though which isn't too bad. Beed running and cross training lots.

I know you haven't finished your 4th July challenge yet - Go you guys!! Only a few days left!! but I'm up for the next challenge - what are we aiming for next time? 1st August?
