| Bummer...can't work out like usual this morning...have to drop off a car at the shop with my husband and then have committments at my son's schools...
I hate getting off my routine...glad we have an elliptical...going to have to get on it tonight after the boy's hockey. Goal today is to stick with 1200-1300 calories in case the workout doesn't happen.... Of course I woke up starving...going for the protien bar or the oatmeal...can't decide. | lol.. so it looks like we all had a little devil on our shoulders today..; ) tomarrow is a new day...right... well i know im having pizza tomrrow since im going to be out at the pool with family so i will have to plan around that..wish me luck to stop at at 2 peices..:0 have a great day/ night everyone.. lets try to be good this weekend for easter eat what we want but eat a little of everything so we dont get upset and binge... | ||

| Good Morning everyone! Today I am 151.4. I?m hoping that with Easter this weekend that I don?t go overboard. I have to go shopping today and get the goodies for my daughters Easter Basket! (Pulls hair out.. ohhhhh all that chocolate!!!) So far we have a full jar of candy eggs in the house and I have not touched any of them! Let?s just hope I have the same motivation today at walmart. I asked her what she wanted the Easter bunny to bring her this year and she said Chocolate...LOL ;-) and toys! Girls will be girls.. We all seem to love chocolate!! | ||

151 today too =_=; I'm just going to believe I'm gaining muscle from my work outs and that I'm bloated because of TTOM. *sigh*. My only easter weakness is PEEPS, everyone thinks I'm crazy lol. |

Hi everyone mind if I join? I am 159 as of today and darn proud of myself for getting there. only 23 lbs to go til goal... so close =) Hoping to make it down to 150 by June 6, 2 months from now. Lol on the peeps. My Easter weakness is white chocolate bunnies and the ones with popped rice in them... mmmm |

Ouch...LOL well yesterday I ended up having like 2,000 calories for the day because of a subway sandwich and then we had friends over for cards & drinks. So my weight this morning was not as bad as I thought, 151.8. I overate yesterday but most of the foods I ate were healthy food minus the beer last night.

| hi everyone..im new here....its v. motivating reading everyones posts...im 153lbs hoping to get down to 130 by August...todays been a good day...woke up very late so haven't consumed as much calories at this point....good luck to everyone for easter weekend...have bits of chocolate and not boxes of chocolate...and savour every bite...take your time nd enjoy!! | ||

My easter weakness is the Russell Stover chocolate and coconut "nests" with the 4 little jelly bird eggs in the center! Yum!!! I am TOTALLY depressed! Major back slide! 156 this morning! I have been hitting right around 1800 to 1900 cals per day lately! Way too much! I ate an eggroll at 9:30 last night! What the @&%&@&&@!!!&!&!&@@### was I thinking?!?!?!?! I dont know what is wrong with me! Today I packed all healthy foods for the day! I have done really well and should be around 1600 calories by the end of the day! I REALLY need to work out! Thanks for letting me vent! I worry sometimes I will NEVER get to my goal weight! |

I was bad yesterday too, I broke even, even with exercising. Spicy Tuna rolls, my weakness, 4 of them XD Anywho, not really big on easter candy, I mean I like it, but no one really buys any. And I'm only in love with Peeps, those arn't too bad cal wise. Not even going to weigh myself this weekend, too depressing... I think I'll start weighing once a week. lol..... blah Starting to lose my motivation, I KNOW it's partly my fault, I've been lazy a couple weeks out of the month and a half since I started my new lifestyle, and wanted to eat my maintence calories those days. I regret it now, but at the time it felt too stressful to only eat 1300 calories. And then there was last week when I couldn't exercise. I wanted to buy myself a really pretty two piece swim suit by summer time... but now I feel like my weight loss is going to keep at this crawl. I "feel" like I'm losing 1lb a month. I'm so silly, I just started this Feb 25th. So it's been a month and 2 weeks, why am I flipping out? ><; I've lost 8lbs in a month and a half, that's like almost 1lb a week, not too bad. I wanted to lose 22lbs total, which is not so much, I'm actually just in the normal weight range, so maybe my body is going to hang onto it harder than some people's. |

dont worry carie87 about going a bit over...hell, evenings are the worst for me too! omg tell me about working out...i missed two days this week and feel horrible about it...sometimes its just so hard to get our lazy asses moving....
you WILL get to your goal weight...forget about the mistakes you've made in the past and focus on today...a day at a time always works for me....be positive and you'll make it!! |

| Last night went bad.. went to a truck stop for dinner and was way over on sodium and calories. And didnt drink much water. So weight fluctuated way up today. But, Im not freaking out about it and it should be back to normal in a day or two. | ||

But sometimes I feel that the reason why things are going to slow is because I'm not hard enough on myself. Next week will be better, I'm crossing my fingers for Monday, I hope I'm 149 again... |

| yeah nocturne...dont feel so bad...1lb a week is good progress..sometimes i get freaked out when i read how people are losing 3lbs a week...but i realize everyones body is different...your right about your body hanging on harder if your in the normal weight range...its v.difficult trying to lose the 'bits' of flab that seem to be stuck on for dear life! i wanna lose around 20lbs too....work that little bit extra next week and keep at it...fingers crossed for our weigh-ins!! | ||

Well I lost 7 lbs in a month. So that was huge, maybe a lb was water, but I'm pretending otherwise lol! These past two weeks I've lost about 1 lb. So right now it feels slow, but my body is probably just averaging out from the quick loss. I just feel spazzy today. I'm not working out today or tomorrow, I'm at work right now and I'm on my feet for 8 hours, maybe 1 hour of sitting. But I'm dog tired when I get home.. I suffer from chronic back pain so I'm already exhausted as is. I was pretty good all last week except for yesterday. I know I have a little bloating going on from TTOM. And a smidge from salt. So that is the main reason I'm not weighing myself until Monday. |

Well it isn't much, but I have been dying for one of the King Dons (Hostess treats...YUM!!) my husband bought, and I got on the site before my shower and have been motivated to say NO WAY HOSTESS! Your not gonna get me tonight!!! I ended the day a little over 1700 calories. Better than the last couple of nights! I have been REALLY bad lately! I am scared I will never develop the strength to stick to exercising and healthy eating! I LOVE BAD FOOD! And I am so good a rationalizing myself into a bag of salt and vinager chips and some cookies and milk!!! I hate feeling like this! You guys are all great support! Thank you! It gets sooo much easier carie, I use to feel the same way. I think I'm at an advantage to some people because I went cold turkey on things like soda months before I started my lifestyle change.
Because I don't have as many cravings, I am less likely to sabotage myself. =) It's hard sometimes... Somedays I feel like eating nothing but pizza and ice cream all day long lol, I just sit my rump down and eat my salad or whatever I had planned for lunch instead... I'm so happy I can still have the things I love once and a while, I use to believe diets were all fat free horrible tasting crap for the rest of your life and you could never enjoy food again, so I said "fffffppppp yeah righttt," to that. I couldn't resist, I weighed myself this morningggg, 150 on the dot. I wish it said 148 XD. Darn muscle gain >=0 Got myself some Peeps yesterday to munch on today.. it's not sick to enjoy bitting their heads off right? XD I got the yellow bunnies. |

| Thanks nocturne! Today was not so good either! They ordered pizza at work for us because of Easter! 2 1/2 slices sent my cal count over the edge. I will be close to 2000 by the days end! I am commited to getting serious tomorrow! My hubby is on board too, so that will help! I can do this!!!......Right? | ||

Hi everyone, I'm new to this site and to this forum. I'm also (relatively) new to the 150s. I spent my entire college time and most of my grad school time lurking in the 160s. 165 seemed to be where my weight would get stuck. Since the first of this year, I've really been dedicated to losing weight, and am currently at 154.4 (as of this morning). I'm 5'4 and I'd like to be at 120 by the end of the year, but preferably by Thanksgiving since that's when I'll see my family again. I totally love all the support that goes on in here! The "100 Calorie Pack" revolution in foods has really been a life-saver -- today I found 100 calorie breyer ice cream! Fantastic! As for Easter, it wasn't even on my radar until my mom send me a package with Saris (any Pittsburgh people here? Saris = Easter in my mind!!) jellybeans and a chocolate bunny, both of which I consumed en masse when I got in a fight with my best friend the other night, but it's okay, I'm back on track today. |

carie, yes you can do this :) keep that in your mind at all times.. you CAN do this.. i still have not found those hostess mini cupcakes :( i reaaaaaaaaally wanna try em... and 100 calorie ice cream?????????????? need to look for that.. hope you are all doing well this fine sunday.. and not snacking too much on the sweets etc... you will make it to the 140s soon :) |
