I'm not checking until next week :) For some reason, even though I have had a pretty good food and exercise week and deep down I am pumped, I feel really tired and bloated (my eyes are so puffy) like I drank a gallon of salt water, and I didn't :) I'm not quite sure why, it isn't TTOM and everything is going well and I have been sleeping...hmm, Oh well, it is the weekend and things will turn around...

Goal for this weekend- find my indulgent bath stuff, eat well, make food and workout plan for the week.

To everybody who maintained (to +1 lbs or so) you maintained, so that is is good thing! Keep it up and like Olivia said, "We can do it"

Immom- I hope Lexi feels much better and that your weekend is less stressful!!!

GRRR. i am "maintaining" too, 207 lbs ie same as last week. was at 205 a few days ago.

went to visit parents for a few days, did very very well so i was probably somewhere at 205 or 206, then for some psychological reason, upon coming home at midnight last night, i ate about 980 cals of cheese and such. grrr

i have decided i have to use all weapons to combat the extra weight.

went out and shopped for nice veggies, low fat milk and yogurt, avoided temptations.

went to several clothes shops, tries stuff on, nothing looked good enough (grrr), but i have discovered a cute 200 ml bottle of chamagne at marks+spencer where i went for some decaf coffee. bought it and decided i will drink it when i am 85 kilos (ie 9 kilos from now). i have never been a "small goals" type of person but decided to give it a try, maybe it helps to have a motivation of this kind?

I have been gaining.  I have just been a lazy glutton.  I will not make any of my weght goals now.  I quit drinking water, drank, started eating without logging, started losing everything but weight.

I am proud of all of you.

Zenasavvy - I am in the same boat. Drinking with the girls on Friday was fun and I'm not feeling bad about it.

I need to recommit. I want so bad to see the 150's. I'm so close.

I will log all my food( and have a deficit of at least 500)

I will drink WATER( I don't understand why this is so difficult)

I will exercise every day( even if it is just a walk with the kids)

 

zenasavvy and immom...too funny!!  i had a girls night on friday at my house.  we sat around the pool, listened to some music, and drank glass after glass of white wine!!!!  urgh!!!!  i hopped on the scale this morning and was totally depressed.  i'm still hovering around 160 lbs.  i guess my depression got the best of me because shortly after, i ate a blueberry doughnut and a bite of my daughter's glazed doughnut and a piece of a carrot cake doughnut!!!  what the heck, man!!!!!!!!!!!!  i haven't eaten anything else all day.  i'm getting a little hungry and i'm afraid to go downstairs to the kitchen.  (note, i work from home everyday and it's hard to stay away from the chips and cookies in the pantry...urggh!)  anyway, my new pedometer came in on saturday and i'm about to hook it up. 

screw this...i'm putting my swimsuit on and i'm going out back to do at least 10 laps in the pool.  i'm not giving up that freakin' easy!  so look... find something to do...a video tape, jumping rope, heck, do some kegel exercises, but do something!!!!!  i'll check back in with you guys tonight to see what you did.  i can't wait to hear what you did to get that 30 minutes of sweat today!!!

wooohoo...off we go!!!!

I've done well today! My deficit is close to 1000. I'll have a snack later. I have raspberries and blackberries in the fridge. I walked with my kids for 30ish minutes. I went for a 45 minute run. All up hill for the first km and a half. Almost killed me. And so far I've drank 90ish oz of water.

How do you guys drink so much water without having to pee all the time?!

 

who said I do not pee every hour on the hour, immom?  LOL  I drink tons of water, but I seriously do go between almost every class at work.

Hi!  If the new date is July 4th I'm in!!!  I've been severly lacking in motivation so hopefully this will help.  I worked out last night for the first time in months...sad.  So my weigh in today was 150lbs.  Here goes!
not sad, miss jill -- welcome btw.   I say GOOD for working out!!!!   make it a more frequent goal and that 10 lbs will fall off BEFORE 7-4!   ( ;

hopefully am back on track now. yesterday i had 1380 cals and today 1350 which is good. i hope i will go to sleep without any more calories:))) 

today i was told i will be going for another business trip to london soon, just about 2 days but i am really excited as London is a place i always love to visit. i will have most of friday and Sat morning free in london, maybe i will go to the camden/portobello/southwark markets, will see. or maybe it will be the british museum again, they have such an incredibne amout of beautiful things on display:)

Well I finally started working out some and tomorrow I will be back to work (work weekends).  I haven't worked for 3 weeks nearly.  So I will be burning calories there too...on my feet for almost 12 hours.....burn more that way than on my butt LOL.  I am planning my meals and snacks and started logging again.

My weight went from 154 to 157.6 to 160 to 161+ to 165.8 (tuesday?) to 162.8 today ---all in a couple of weeks.  I put my body through it by just sitting around...too much alcohol, too much sodium.  It shows me just how quickly it can come back and that I have GOT to stay focused while losing AND when it comes time to maintain.

ADDED:

I would love to be able to copy a whole day from the food log to another day (helps with food planning).

I would love to be able to search how many calories consumed over a designated time period based for a food item in user's food log.

1,364 calories today... if nothing tempts me before going to sleep - whch is in an hour or two - i will be fine. wish me luck in london, i know i am going to be quite tempted when there, but thuth is, the possibilities for eating healthy are vast. i am at 206 lbs as of this morning, so there is still MANY to lose...
