Have lots of fun on your vacation Olivia!!! Enjoy a few special treats!
I saw 145.something for 2 days and then TTOM hit. Hopefully it will come back down for next Friday!! I am glad we are keeping this going! I am going to visit my family out east on July 10th so I am excited for them to see the change! The last time my siblings saw me I was at 160 so if I can make it to 140 by July 4 that would be sooo awesome!

Help I've completely lost it. I haven't eaten well - not horrible but not good enough to lose! I haven't be able to run since last thursday. I can't seem to ever drink enough water. I was going to run today. I was soooo looking forward to it. Instead I had to go buy something for dinner for the visit I was supervising(I'm court ordered supervisor for my friend so she can see her son). I was late for it. Only 10 minutes but I hate being late.
I'm in such a bad mood. Must be PMS!
I NEED A KICK IN THE A$$!
July 4 goal=147-149
immom ---- you know you can do it, so here I am, in my steel toe boots ~~~KICKING~~~
My goal for July 4th is 150. That's a lot, but I am hoping the vacation will shock my system a little and when I come back, they will fall off again. =P
Well didn't hit my goal, but I'll take the loss that I have! It is also TTOM so I"m happy with any loss...
sw: 158.8
lw: 157.2
cw: 155.2
3.6 pounds isn't too bad! My new goal for July 4th is to get down to 140...I know it is 15.2 pounds, but with a lot of hard work and dedication I know it can be done...I would love to reach my altimate goal of 135 by the end of this summer...
Awesome post zena, that list will definitely come in handy! Sounds like everyone is doing pretty good...Have a great time on your vacation Olivia!
immom-hang in there it will get better! I know what mean with being late I hate it too! You can start over right now and have a big glass of water and run the first chance you get...Remember this time will pass and you will get back on track again!
The goal is 6 weeks away- I will go for the 10 lbs (even though I only lost two on the May 24th challenge)
That was a great list Zena!
Immom- I am just going up on my downhill funk- hang in there!! Things will turn!
Hey ladies.
Thanks for the encouraging words.
Olivia- Have a great time on your trip! Sounds like fun!
162.5 today. I thought it was gonna be up for sure with the week I've had and pre flo.
My new challenge goal is 152. That is my cc goal. Can't believe it is so close. I'm still not feeling like I can do this but 10.5 pounds, looking at it it doesn't seem so bad.
My kids go with their dad this weekend so I'm running for sure tomorrow. Have a good day ladies!
WOW
I was disappointed I have hit this plateau right at the end of this challenge before we go on vacation, but DANG. I did lose 14lbs in 2 months. Actually lost almost 20 until I started the medicine and my body freaked out. Since I stopped taking it, I am sure it will take a little while to adjust. I need to set some mini-goals for myself and some mini-rewards to look forward to.....
Anyone bought a bicycle recently or ever from WalMart?
I want to try again, but since I was always the fat kid who HATED to be outside/exercising/sweating/ALL OF IT, I am still a little leery of buying a bike before I can ride one to try it out for a while.... Can you rent bikes at the beach?
Congrats to all of you who have lost weight AND to those who are continuing on the challenge. I'm in it to win it, and I think reading some of your posts have motivated me to push harder to get over the hump.
Wt: 144
GW: 135-137
Olivia-I have purchased 3 bikes from Walmart-one for me and 2 for my son (over the years) I have had no problems.
If you do I am sure they will take it back or exchange --Walmart is pretty much no questions asked.
Yeah--you can rent bikes at the beach..I always opted for the motorized rides though LOL
My bf looked at me like I was crazy for asking if we could rent bikes at the beach. Not in disbelief that we could, but that I would want to ... lol
It was hard to find you after the title of this thread changed, yikes! Confused me for a minute, as I hadn't posted in a few days, lol. I need to get to the first goal of "Lose 10 pounds by May 24th" before I can think about the new goal date of July 4th, lol! Good thing although our weigh in day is Friday, today, but our goal date is Saturday the 24th, because I need today! I'll be on lettuce all day to reach my 10 lb goal by Saturday morning.........well, not literally........... I am very close to my goal though. This thread has been fun. Thanks everyone for taking time to keep up. :) Here are my stats.

I need to lose 12 ounces by Saturday morning! I can do this, I will do this! Talk to you all on Saturday morning! Even if I don't quite make the 10 pound goal, I will be happy. I've worked hard these past several weeks, and this has really been fun!
