Finale Weigh-In: Monday, Sept 1st, Labor Day: A day of rest from work, you can pat yourself on the back for the good you've done for your own body this summer~!
Set a reasonable goal that you think you can achieve with making better eating choices, exercising beyond your regular daily activities, drinking more water, counting calories.. however you want, as long as it's a good, healthy way to lose weight. Get started today!

Well it is going to be a lot of fun this weekend and we are going to San Antonio to celebrate the fourth! Great food there, and we are going to the van's warped tour on saturday, which means alot of beer! :( or :) kind of depends on how many empty calories one can take and still hope to reach their goal! I had a bit of an increase this week but I'm pretty certain it is water weight from a) a few salty snacks this weekend b) I worked out in the hot sun pulling weeds in the backyard and probably dehydrated a bit c) TTOM is approaching. I'm hoping for a better result next week.
*Edit: As I expected the extra weight was water and was gone this morning (July 8). I edited my post to reflect that I have basically held steady.

Well I seem to be on the right track. I'm sure there's some water weight loss in there, but I'm thinking there's gotta be some good loss there as well this week. Been trying to get out walking this past week. I walked 8 miles in 2 days! Woo hoo! I'm just glad that the weather has been so nice. Going out for a walk around 8:30pm is good too, cause it keeps me from being in the house snacking and sitting on my butt watching tv. I also signed up for a pilates class which starts today. Gotta start somewhere.
