150's group...daily updates
Bummer...can't work out like usual this morning...have to drop off a car at the shop with my husband and then have committments at my son's schools...
I hate getting off my routine...glad we have an elliptical...going to have to get on it tonight after the boy's hockey.
Goal today is to stick with 1200-1300 calories in case the workout doesn't happen....
Of course I woke up starving...going for the protien bar or the oatmeal...can't decide.

Hi all- can I join?? I've been in the 160's since Dec '06 and have finally made it to the 150's...157 to be exact. Slowly but surely inching my 'weigh' down to 140-135lbs. Good luck everyone!!

i was in the 160's for the past few weeks but this morning i was astonished to see 157.4 on the scale! Needless to say, i double, and triple checked that.

I just love the motivation the different lvl clubs provide, I remember how excited I was when I joined the 150 group. I am going to move to the 140s group tomorrow, I hope I will be seeing all you new comers soon! =)

I am new to this group! I have been around 155 FOREVER, I am acutally wondering if my scale is broken, bc I feel like I've lost weight!! my goal right now is 1350 for today, and each day this week. I am planning on going to a happy hour on friday, any suggestions on what to eat that day to allow for the extra alcohol calories? I usually exercise about 300-500 cals/day from running & weight training, I could maybe up it? How long has everyone been in 150s? I am 5'10'' and I feel like my body just doesn't want to budge and its sooo annoying (ps im only 22 and probably the only one of my friends above 135 so it stinks!)
hello everyone i hope you all had a great day, getting back on track for me today and the rest of the week, did really good this afternoon and had chinese for dinner im sure loaded with sodium have to make sure i drink extra water, have my latin impact class tonight fun fun i luv it im still pretty sore from my kickboxing class i took sat kicked my butt not to mention all the walking dancing i did sat night.. anyway i hope you all have a great evening, and i hope we are all a little thiner in the morning..: )

Hello everyone... not much new to update on.. today I was 156.6 .....I was stuck for quite a while and the scale has been finally moving within the last 2 weeks!
I ate some saltier than what I usally eat foods yesterday and I didn't even think to counter it with extra water.
lol.......... 150.2, back up to Sundays weight. Oh well ^^ Perhaps I will move over to the 140s tomorrow.

Good morning/afternoon all.. back down some to almost strting weight only a few oz off.. so thank goodness, have to work extra hard this week to get the rest of the 2-3 pounds off i gained..eeerr good luck everyone have a gret day..: )
151 even today. I am so close to the 140s!!! Oh Yeah! I got my husband to start calorie count yesterday. Now I feel like we are a team. It is nice!

Well, I did so good yesterday, all day long. It was a great first day....until I got home from work. After dinner, I caved and had a bowl of vanilla ice cream!!! WHY WHY do I do that?!?! At least the scale didn't budge. I was afraid I'd see 159, but instead I held steady at 158. What a waste though...after my hard work all day!

Yesterday I did great and I am off to a good start today, though I have no idea what to make for dinner. These are the days I usually get in trouble because I end up eating junk. Going to have to rummage through the cabinets and come up with something.

Is anyone else taking a multivitamin? I started taking One-A-Day Weight Smart today mostly b/c it said it is helpful with energy and gives you the most beneficial vitamins towards losing weight. Just wanted to see what everyone else thought....

prettybowen--I use the generic version of One-A-Day Weight Smart and I haven't noticed a big difference. I stopped taking it daily, though, because it upsets my stomach a bit if I haven't eaten right before I take it.
I've been trying not to step on the scale everyday. It's been different to go from not having one at all to seeing it everytime I walk into the bathroom. It seems this is a different attitude than lots of others...just what works for me, I guess. I'm trying not to get too carried away over every pound, and just do what feels good. Lucky for me, that's working all right. The scale read 150.8 this morning! 140's, here I come!
Also, now that I'm losing the weight I'm trying to tone up, too...anyone have favorite weight or strenth routines?

dinner for me tonight, chicken breast with bbq rub hubby gonna fire up the grill outside, salad w-ff ranch,and some cantalop make the girls some mac and cheese maybe i will have a bite, but i better not then i'll want some..: ) and light mint choc chip ice cream for dessert later after bath time with munchkin.. how about you guys anything yummy i always need quick ideas...
