Just finished my 9th month plan for today... Gym routine with heavy-for-me weights for 1 hour, 30 min. mat/ab/etc. exercises, and 1 hour with my beloved rebounder and Dolly Parton singing with banjo backup...! ![]()
Love it! Did it!!! On track for a Great month! YIPPEE!!!! ![]()

My exercise paid off! I thought I'd gain due to muscle recovery and being more 'early' than awfully late to bed after my orange...

I just finished about 2 miles of walking our road, too! Hopefully my loss rate this month will see a big boost, as I try to push the various cardio options I have... Hope so!!!

I have only written here once or twice. Sorry to be "lurker". So here I am writing to say hi again!
I am very proud to say that I am 2 lbs away from a weight I have not seen in years. I went to the gym after work yesterday even though I was dragging and really didn't want to go. I was proud of myself for all of that.
Wanted to share! How is the new year treating anyone? I noticed my gym is a lot busier, which is annoying for me but good for them.
So good job everyine and keep it up!!!

I didn't feel like going to my gym either last night after waiting for company to leave. Much less rebounding late-till-early...! But it did me good!!! ![]()

I went to the gym yesteday and did my usual 30 minutes of treadmill and weight training and TODAY I tried something new! My gym has a bunch of free classes and I've finally did one today. It's called Club Strength and it combines cadio with muscle stengthening. It was very good and I know I will feel it tomorrow. I hope to keep it up. Food wise this week, I am keeping to my daily allowance and eating more fruits and veggies.

Those cardio and strength classes are very much a great idea! We had one when I worked for the YMCA called power pump.... kicked my butt!!
I should go to the gym tonight, too... need some cheering on! My fiancee is out of town so I will be bored anyway ;)

I wrote in my journal this morning about what I was planning on doing and I have done it!! I walked on my treadmill at 2.5 mph for 1 1/2 hrs. Also I did 30 minutes of strength training with the resistence tubes. Actually when the DH gets home from the church council meeting we will probably do the tubes again for another 30 min. I ended up taking a nap this afternoon from mere exaustion!! I think part of that is I got up at 5:00 a.m. with my DH and then I exercised when I would normally go back to sleep for an hour or so. I do believe I will sleep really good tonight.

edit: Oh don't want to forget that I ate salmon tonight and it was ok. I found Mrs. Dash Spicy Teriaki 10 min Marinade. I used it and a recipe from their site, which had sesame seeds on top of the salmon and then baked. I didn't mind the flavor, much better than the first time when I tried another recipe.
