UGH! I had a bad moment last night. Very weird too. Cleaning out the fridge and took out leftover beef fajita and wasnt really tempted. Decide to give it to the cats (not something I normally do but feeling bad tossing out so much food) and after heating, the aroma - the cats never saw it. If that wasnt bad enough (and it was fatty beef fajita) I came over leftover tres leche cake kiki had from spanish cake. Thats been here no problem eventhough my fav cake but I think the fajita opened the door so had some - too much of that. Smartly I tossed the rest in the trash. Thankful to be fine this morn but hating to think that will affect tomorrow.
I was thinking the same thing about Ireland though - dont think Id pass up the opportunity to try such authentic foods. Our rain is over, sunny skies but sounds like youve a ways to go Rachael. Enjoyed a rerun last night - the chili's asian wraps and on take out, Ive still $7 on the card to get them once again. I hadnt even thought about new clothes for my FL trip this year but thats is something to look forward to Bee! SO much funner shopping in smaller sizes - definitely less frustrating trying to find something that looks good. I had to go back to see Sarah mentioned going on spring break - I was getting worried there. |

| BTW the reason last night was so weird is that both beef and cake had been around for a week. Moving on, moving on - | ||

Cold weather is famous for weight gain Rachael - low activity, staying indoors, so even slower losses or maintenance is in itself achievement. Happy happy to break thru - weigh in at 339.3. A very specific but achievable goal - 330s by Easter met yeah!
Youve been great Bee and a few cookies sound worth it - especially as a gift. At xmas, my sis was here and surprised I wasnt eating fruit that she'd bought. Was still postponing it. During her visit, got gift of fruit for sent to me and thats when I started incorporating fruit in my diet. Something about a 'gift' :D. |

Monte, great to have you! Smart idea for Easter Bee! Im going to my nieces and it will be interesting seeing folks Ive not seen for 135 lbs, I mean for a year :P. I was in Walmart last night raiding the produce section. Didnt find my bibb lettuce for wraps but the cabbage was still on sale and I bought a ton. I cant afford this spaghetti squash kick - another $6 (yup, theyre big) but quartering them cause I could keep eating a whole big one. Not calories but $$ control.
Ive had a chair that I sleep in - Ive since tried the bed but wake up sore. Two years so its gotten rickety - its an office chair that leans back and I use an ottoman. At 3am, it broke - the chair broke from the bar supporting it. I didnt get hurt but I never could get up from the floor due to my knees. I discovered my knees are worse - couldnt even kneel on them which meant no crawling to a chair to help and nothing was working so went to sleep on the carpet. Few hours, awoke and something worked with hands and feet cuz I got up. The loss weight and stronger muscles had to have helped. I did think of the "Ive fallen and cant get up" commercial. Weird morning! |

Good drop Rachael - no so close !! :D I do need a new bed - mines broken so on the side I always got out of at 400+ lbs. Its basically crushed. If a huge cloth bean bag chair that I use to elevate my legs which helps. People with pain in their backs often prefer sleeping in recliners- no or little pain but to be fair it does wear off in the morning.
Last night was a feast. I was very strict all day knowing I had a gift card to use - my second one from xmas. I did red lobster and did takeout - crablegs. I got 1-1/2 lbs plus a plain potato. I havent had a potato in almost 2 year and a plain baked potato can be amazing with salt /pepper. Realize there was some serious salt but otherwise just crab and potatoe - a real treat. |

Forgot - also got one of those 'shapers' which I didnt think I'd fit in with most my weight down below. Its for tomorrow - mostly to smooth lines somewhat of my dress - its not tight like a girdle thankfully.
Been working last night and today to lengthen a new dress for Easter brunch tomorrow. Cant believe its so late already in the day. Missing my chair - so comfy, but rediscovering my bedroom LOL. |

Wow, Rachael - you have been doing amazing! You really set your mind on it and did it!! I did and the dress bottom is so wide it took to bottoms from to older dresses that needed trashing. Same dress I'd thought to wear for xmas but even better fittig.
I had bought 4 bras previously which I unfortunately grew out of up front but put them inside out, tried them on and pinned them to sew. I was amazed how well they came out. I hadnt had much luck looking for a new bra and these came out perfectly fit. Also the were pricier and I hated wasting them but didnt know if it would work. Off to brunch, after eating a big breakfast LOL! I ate way to little yesterday - caught up in a lot of sewing. When I get the machine out, I try to get as much done as possible. HAPPY HAPPY EASTER!! |
