Bummer...can't work out like usual this morning...have to drop off a car at the shop with my husband and then have committments at my son's schools...
I hate getting off my routine...glad we have an elliptical...going to have to get on it tonight after the boy's hockey.
Goal today is to stick with 1200-1300 calories in case the workout doesn't happen....
Of course I woke up starving...going for the protien bar or the oatmeal...can't decide.

My calorie intake has been right around 1300-1800 for a month or so now. I just started walking again about 5 days ago! Had been doing nothing for about 2-3 weeks prior and before that, I did Turbo Jam (I still toss that in now just for a change of pace!) I try to pay the most attention on this site to my Calories in vs. Calories burned deficit. Usually 500-700 more cals burned. I weigh myself daily, I probably should not do that! My sodium is through the roof!!! 3000-4000! YUCK! I drink lots of water....maybe not enough though!! I am assuming the Arby's put me over the sodium edge today!!! Thank you so much for the input! I need it! I am really frustrated today!!!
Well dont get to down we all have our moments some more than others..lol i would be one of those some...: ) i would def say ikmore if you go over in the sodium area, not sure if that would actually help but the more you drink the more you pee the more you flush out.. i would guess not sure but thats my idea on it..: ) i had chili from wendys today so it put me up there too, i will prob get up in the 2000mg today, just keep up the good work we will all get there, i always tell myself i didnt gain overnight i wont loose it over night. it always helps me some., but good luck keep it up carie87.

I lost another pound. I am at 153. I think I am just losing water weight...but it still counts! I am expecting to slow down here soon. I quit drinking coke which is SO HARD! I am also struggling with lower carb breakfast foods. I don't like eggs that much, and I would like something quick and easy. I started running this week. (well actually walking with some jogging....but i am working my way up!)

Good morning, i am also down today to 153.4 woohoo, i did have more cal yesturday than normal so maybe that helped kick it in gear.. good luck everyone on a slimming day..: )
No idea what my weight is, which is irritating me a little. I haven't had time to get to the gym, but I've been downright saintly with the calories and I jogged a little outside Sunday and Monday.
Hopefully tomorrow morning the scale at the gym will show all my hard work.
Feeling pretty good lately. It helps that we've had some nice springtime weather here in the Chicago area.

Still 154 this morning!!!! Grrrrr.....!!! I am at 2600 in sodium for the day with everything logged through the night! Not bad for me, but still odviously needs work!! Thanks for the support!

150.6 - Things going a little slowly this week, but that's what I expected, still happy to lose .2 lbs lol!

I hope so, I'm having trouble sticking to 1300 a day right now, and I'm only a couple weeks into it lol. I'd be much happier eating 1600... but I'd lose weight more slowly. I don't know, I think I'm eating more because I've been under the weather. Frustrated. Tomorrow will be better I'm sure =)
I'm at 156 :P my dr. said to lose 10 lbs

nocturne i hope you are feeling better soon, dont let it get you down keep up the good work even if you give in a little and add 100cal that might help your hunger, you dont want to set yourself up for a binge..okay..good luck
i have a white choc reese egg staring at me..: ) i have set my cal for it, but im gonna try really hard not to eat it..hhmmm i just cant belive it has 180 cal in it. man.. why does that have to taste soo good..?? : (

hollybelle - i have a hersheys bar on my desk that was given to me 6 months ago.. i leave it there and use my will power not to eat it, lol...

hi all. I'm just "moving in" from the 160 club. I am 5'7" and currently at 157.5 lbs. My ideal weight is 135, but my goal is 145 for now. I'm not keeping track of my food online, but rather on a printed out food/activity log I made myself. That way, I can take it with me and I won't forget anything later in the day when I finally have internet access. It's working really well for me. I'm trying to stay between 1200-1600 calories/day and eat more fruits and veggies.

hollybelle, I have a similiar temptation but mine is the blue bunny ice cream my husband brought home....I have to keep in mind that feeling better myself would be better than eating it!

mmm i luv that ice cream especially the bunny tracks..lol im a peanutbutter girl.. prettybowen we usually do the gym tonight too but my husband is drained so we are just gonna get the girls and go home, but we are gonna do a bike ride which is about 3 miles give or take i will prob get my skates out.

But i am struggling because i am so bored with my food choices! I hate eating chicken everynight! Anyone have any fun recipes that are lo-cal?

Not a bad day today! I am trading my carb filled bowl of crispix in the evening (150 cals) for eggbeaters with veggies and light cream cheese, all protein (140 cals) to see if that helps at all! Right around 1600 cals today, and an upper body weight lifting routine. Less sodium, lots of water, we will see what tomorrow brings! I am feeling a little discouraged! I just need the scale to change a little bit to keep me going!!!
