I also dont seem to get out of chicken except for TV dinners. Even the chicken I eat is precooked though.
I remembered (surprise) Sarah you telling me how you had to go through the LaTortillas which were mixed up and my walmart is the same. Plus on the bottom shelf, talk about a workout and I went thru all of them. They had no low carb, low fat - although I think the garlic herb they had was low carb but I cant handle the strength and I love garlic. I got the mega 10" Olive oil since half is only 50cal.
Alice checked in on me after telling her about my risky night and happy to report the danger has passed - good, clean usual day.
Work has been crazy here the past few days. Bankholiday on Monday (St. Patrick's Day), but the parades and stuff are taking place on saturday because you cant have St. Patricks day during Holy Week!! anyways, heading to Liverpool at the weekend. It was my boyfriends Christmas present to take him to see his favourite soccer team play! so I'm really looking forward to that!!
Hope everyone is doing well!!!
Im so happy both of your, Rachael and Sarah, are having success with weight numbers that have been so stubborn. Gina - sounds like fun, have a great time!
Tomorrow night will be going to Alice's - she's finishing a decorated cake for someone. My big thing is not to be triggered, not so much there but when leaving. Thinking of using christmas restaurant cards to do dinner first together nearby. Fingers crossed - Im trying to catch up on weightloss schedule so a plateau might require a new sched.
Also glad to be achieving losses while incorporating fruit and whole grains into my day. Its good to know it is possible for me and healthier as well.
Mostly glad to be staying away from 350. We're doing great so losses or no gains so far. Glad to hear from you Bee - figured things were busy on your end. Your flank steak Rachael has me thinking about these angus strips in the freezer. They were for Kiki but thinking I can come up with a way to use them.
So weird to be excited about fresh vegs. Still have some spaghetti squash left (wondering when I'll burn out like you Bee :D) and a whole head of popcorn cauli waiting to be made.
