Hello, I'm looking for others trying to lose a lot of weight, to keep each other motivated threw our bad days and cheer us on on our great days! to keep each other going threw out the week by staying in touch. I want people who want to reach there goal weight and wont quit tell we reach them! who's with me?!?!

I am 5'3 and weigh 217 pounds, my goal weight is 127lbs by May 30th of 209

Hey Guys I hope you had a good weekend. I did pretty good. I ate well and workouted everyday. So I am proud. I did go out to eat with hubby Sat. to Chili's but I think I handled it pretty well only ate about half of my plate and drank lots of water.

Does anyone on here have a Wii? It is so much fun and quite a workout. That boxing kicks my butt!
Last week was just so bad for me. I gained blah :( Well this is a new week we'll just have to see how it goes. I feel good about it I feel like I'm going to get back on track.

Well, my weekend didn't go so well, but I'm back to my routine today, except I forgot to set the alarm and got up too late to walk before work. Maybe I can take the grandson in the stroler for walking!
Hello everyone,

Well now that our company is gone I'm back on track. But when they were here I didnt do so hot and I'm not looking forward to friday. But I did start walking again yesterday after I got my youngest son to school, Ceci and I walked 3 mi and was it hot out! so if its that hot again today I'm walking indoors. I hope everyone is doing great! I also added more pics last week and I keep forgetting to say something. take a peek, its my before and after so far . you have to click on the pic to really tell.
It looks like everyone had a hard time this weekend with their eating except Tina (Trapp) Congratulations girl! You did good. I am like the consensus, I did really poorly on Saturday and Sunday, but I was back on track Monday. I celebrated my birthday this weekend which was on Monday, and on Saturday I ate 2900 calories and on Sunday I ate 2500 calories. But I sure had fun and I am not going to feel a bit guilty, because it was just a one time thing, and you don't turn half a century but once. So everybody, just start fresh and leave the past behind you.

I'm really excited. I went down a few pounds this morning. I'm crossing my fingers that I'm done yo-yo-ing around 234. Oooo... class starts today. I'm actually pretty excited about it. Wish me luck!!

I recall turning 50...what a life changing time that was for me!! Some of the changes were good, others weren't. But today, nearly 8 yrs later, Life Is Good!!

Man this thread has been slow. I had to go page 2 to find it. Hope everyone is doing good. I did my weigh in for Biggest Loser and I was up .6lbs.

Pam-the only reason why I did good this weekend is because I didn't go anywhere but out to eat one night. I am glad that I didn't have any BBQ's to go to.

Hi all!  I have had a good couple of days.  I took the dogs on a 2 mile walk today, then went shopping for an hour and have only eaten 1000 calories so far.  Im feeling good about that.   But I am at a loss as what to make for supper.  Im so sick of everything Ive been making...you know the usual hamburger, steak, chicken..etc.   does anyone have any different ideas?
I have tried harder then ever this week and I think that it helped. I did the diet and exercise thing. For the first time in a long time I did not go out to eat all week and thought healthy when I cooked. Guess time will tell if it is really going to be my time.

hey Newbegining congrats on the not eating out and eating healthy.  I know I feel great just not eating the fast or restaurant food.

WOW, thank you God for taking 2 more lbs from me! This morning's weigh in was a bit of a surprise, but I relaize that if I do my part, God will take care of the results!

Hi everyone :)  Im new to this site entirely.  My name is rena:)  I believe im at about 300... not sure exactly.. Kind of been avoiding the scale for the past few months.  Ill weigh myself tonight and post... about 5'41/2" 27 years old.  My long term goal is to be at 180.  My doctor said my ideal is 160, but Im not sure Id like to be that small.  Short term goal is 270 by December 1st, 240 by February 10th.  I may adjust that after I weigh myself:)  I have hypothyroidism, so its been pretty difficult to lose.. but Im totally down to do this!! 
Hi guys.  I'm Jenni.  5'5" 285 at last count.  Started at 317 last November.  Have gone through a really rough divorce this summer and need to do something just for me for a change.  I have a 10 year old son and will turn 30 in 2 weeks.  Would love to join you guys and hopefully give and get some of the motivation I need so much.  Long term goal is about 140.  Short term, i would love to be at 250 by Christmas.  Look out world, here I come.
