Ok, there seems to be a mysterious condition going around that is causing sabotage to our eating. I know I'm not alone here when I admit that my eating this past little while leaves a lot to be desired, causing slight weight gain after such hard work to lose it.

I also know, that I am the same person who was practically flawless in my eating for like almost 90 days straight, so I know I can get ahold of this - who's with me?? 

There is no deadline for sign-ups, anyone can join at any time!!

All you have to do is check in once a week (at least) & let us know how you're doing. If/when you "cheat", simply let us know & I will restart your start date.

A cheat is defined as whatever a cheat would mean to you personally, whether it be going over your calories, bingeing, not eating enough, too many treats, etc. We all know when we've cheated, so just be honest with yourself

Let's be honest with each other & keep each other eating clean k? The PRIZE to the winner? Well that's easy - weight loss!!!!!!!!! (or maintenance for those at that stage!) Let's do this!

After being clean for a week after a re-start, I'll re-bold your name. So you always have a chance to feel like you are succeeding. 

Also, if you just don't feel like you want to partake in the challenge anymore, can you let me know so I can remove your name from the list? Thanks!!

Anyone not checking in for one week (December 25 - December 31) will be removed from the challenge.

Start over please.  I did good all weekend until my boyfriend ordered a pizza and I couldn't resist and I ate one peice.  I know it probably wasn't too bad, but I felt bad enough to start over.  Here I go again.
had some kisses & cheetos last night during the movie. Ate perfect all day. I've come to sort of re-evaluate what a "cheat" is for me, because, I don't feel bad at all if I have a few things out of my allowable foods list. For me, if I go all out & can't stop by having more &more & more, that's bad. But I had just a bit & quite enjoyed some munchin' with our movie.

Well, you do have a point.  I have never been able to stop at just one peice of pizza in the past (that was hard though). I guess I should be proud of myself for accomplishing that.  I still did manage to stay under 1500/calories for that day (including the peice of pizza), so I guess I won't re-start. Thanks for pointing that out!

Day22 clean and man I feel good. I have a big WAHHHHOOOOOO!!!

I found this pair of shorts that I haven't worn in about 18 months because I outgrew them, THEY FIT!! they were a little tight but they buttoned without any extra effort at all! And today When I put on my work out shorts I actually feel the differnce in how they fit.. I don't think there is anything more inspiring to our selves then when we see little acheivements like this. I am so walking on water and at the same time feel like crying cause I could not have done this without the help of the people here. Today is supossed to be my thirty day pics for before and after but since I was off balance for about two weeks I think I will postpone the photos till then for an acurate data.
I was on the Norwegian Crown out of Phila to Bermuda....it was really , really fun!! now back to real life... hee hee
Hey there.  Just checkin' in.  I'm happy to say that just knowing my name was on the board (but hey, I didn't see it there) held me in check all weekend.  I have a 2 yr old so I didn't sign in and usually don't on the weekends but I stayed clean.  I got rid of 4 pounds since my last weigh in.  Thanks for the challenge.....who woulda thot ... a name on the board.  hum.  :]
No cake for me!  Actually, I bought weight watchers little cakes, they're like 2 pts each and taste like crap but it calmed the beast.  I want some real cake.  Hey can I have my cake and stay within my calorie budget and eat it! And still be considered clean?

Yes to the cake question!  I say all foods in moderation.  When you buy the crap like the weight watchers stuff,  you still crave the real fat.  When you want to eat a piece of cake, eat it!  The trick is learning how to eat just one.  Broken record here: check out

Is it way too late for me to start this?  I've wanted to be a healthy eater for a long time (instead of just eating less but still being unhealthy, which is what I do now).
Hi everyone.  I need some serious accountability and this challenge looks perfect.  Day one for me.
Another day down! I ate a lot of watermelon today, but I see it's very low in calories, yay!!!! I hope all that "water" leaves my body though. I'm still so anxious to get back to my lowest ever, thought it would be today but no:( maybe tomorrow.

still clean and down one more pound yea. i am so happy only 9 more to go and i will be under 200 i just need to step it up on the working out and i would have been down under 200 but i am still happy thanks every one if it was not  for this clean eating challenge i would not have been able to get my but in gear so thank you very much. and have a great day lisa
Hi, just discovered this link.  Please add me!  I need something to keep me accountable...I do good all work-week...and then on the weekends...I just lose control.  Probably because my wonderful husband drags me out to eat...and it is so hard for me to stay good at a restaurant!  This weekend, Red Lobster's biscuits were my downfall!
I'm still in i swear! I never mess up.  Just WAITING for jjlewis to fall off the wagon so I can take over 1st place title. mwahahah! :)

I have a sure fire cure for eating out its going to sound harsh but helps me alot...............my husband calls tuesday nights fat tuesday at the chinese restaurant on weeks im really feeling unmotivated he will take me there typically on a tuesday cause thats when it seems most of the extremely large ppl eat during the week........I see all the huge ppl and say to myself hmmmmmmm I think I will stick to my healthy living and step away from the foodbar!
Dee - watermelon is fantastic and it will leave your body, pretty much the same way as H2O - great exercise too; I call it potty training.  :}  Thank you for adding me to the list (I saw me #18 **jumps up & down** promptly adds to activity log).  I am still in the clean eating world.  I usually try to eat most of my calories during the day so when I go home at night I keep the meal realitively small.  I found some "Eating Right" frozen lunches in dinners that have the calorie count right on front of the box, even the protein and fiber counts.  So I go to enter my stats right, 3 freaking servings....I just knew I had unknowingly blown it...that makes me angrier than purposely blowing it.  I know this label stuff.  ARRRRRGGGG!  I know to watch for that but the one I had yesterday for lunch was only 2 servings at the low 200ish range so I had a great lunch (large) for less than 500 cals and was able to have a great dinner without going over.  I have 350 max cals left for the day but I can easily do that with a great salad and some fruit.  Sooooooooooo, I'm still clean for today.. I may have that watermelon too Dee.  Thanks for the idea.  That's why I come here.  Until tomorrow............Chow
Day six is going awesome for me. Just had a tuna sandwich. Hmmm, wonder how long it stays good for? a week or so? Hope so, it smelled good still & didnt 'taste bad at all. We'll see soon enough I guess ;)

I have enough budget to have 2 ice creams if I need it later.

I have agility class with one of my dogs tonite, that's always a little workout too.

angie- great idea!!! I actually have foudn myself doing that same thing when I see a large person eating something that wont help them lose weight. So you in on this challenge or just stoppign by with a tip?

jlomiller- you'r welcome, sorry I slipped up there. Darn about the servings thing. I guess on some packing you dont' think that they would do a "per serving" thing. stupids, they want you think it's lower than it really is.
I'm all done my watermelon :(  Have to get more, but there is still a fresh pineapple with my name on it. I 'm just waiting for my hubby to cut it up fo rme ( I hate doign it) I've asked him like 3 x, he keeps forgetting. I'm gonna nag him again now :)
