Bee, I'm hoping to hit my goal weight by birthday in June!!!!!
Sarah, Its good to be happy - especially since its Friday!! and here I'm heading for the good side of Friday (the 5.30 side - only 2.75 more hours to go!!) Rachael, that sounds like a challange - "100% of us losing something again, or at least not gaining". Anyone else up for a challange?? Seriously thinking of going back to Florida for a week or so in about October - I had such a great time there last time!! And I know my little sister really wants to go. |

Rachael, sounds like some serious snowsercise to be so sore - used to watch brothers shovel but I did get recruited for massive lawn rakings (the blisters!). The chipping away at that weight that can be so stubborn with you - way to move it!
Bee - I have that baked onion ring recipe page from HG saved as a favorite so I dont forget about it. That and the butternut squash 'fries'. As a non cook, the spaghetti squash and popcorn cauliflower were already two winners. Gina, where are you headed to in FL? I will be going later this year and I am so forgetful of the obvious - I hibernate in summer so will need to reconsider the date. Summer was a good one for better weight loss goal. Spring break, practically here, is not at a weight I want so maybe with the June goal because I remember Aug being the worst there. Sarah, hope your having a good weekend! |

Morning gals I sat down several times to chat yesterday and always got interrupted so I just gave up. Was the time change last night? Some of my clocks are different times...okay Im a ditz but I can never remember the day it occurs all I know is to turn the clock forward in the spring. Speaking of spring my crazy trees are budding and flowering and I know there going to get frostbit by a late freeze. There goes my peach harvest this year...BUMMER!!!
Woke up starving this morning I must not be eating enough during the day. There is no chili left my hubby ate all of it and loved it with the turkey. It would have been good without the meat though. I did use chicken broth but maybe you could sub Veggie stock instead to make it vegan. Oh and bee.... do the recipe analyzer on here it works great ..my chili got an A rating |

I dont mind the clock change, its just the hard to reach ones! Good clean weekend. Finally getting Kiki to eat some food from the freezer so I can have room for groceries. Had a long overdue mashed cauliflower. I really overcooked it from frozen making it very eay in the blender. BTW keep hearing about crazy snow fall in Ohio.
Sounds like you need a break Rachael but congrats on the drop. What a good sign Sarah when dinners good enough for non dieters to return to and finish. Im due for groceries probably today and am hurting for some spaghetti squash. |

HEL-LO (... -lo... -lo... -lo... -lo...) I was so good, list in hand and ready to go until realizing the Office Depot by the grocery store was already closed and hoping this means 1st thing in the morn grocery trip. Walmarts 24/7 so if I dont tire soon, may venture out. Faced a binge today. I lacked sweets - think I was getting used to fruit which has run out and SF pudding, also all gone. It was actually an after dinner needing that sugar and boy were those fake nutra bars looking good. There made by Sunbelt and are a glorified strawberry newton cookie. I KNOW it wouldnt kill me but I also know what a trigger cookie, cake, etc carb can be. My mind was actually venturing into bad binge territory and I knew the few SF jello left wouldnt do. Got a bit scary but then I remembered and yes - 2 SF fudgesicles still left in the freezer. Afterwards, I did look back and think, "You almost lost it there" :/. Very happy craving gone and again not demonizing a fruit snack bar but those carbs would have me craving shortly after too. Not safe in an house lacking good choices. |

Talk about spending much at Walmart, good thing I checked - was triple charged for a $10 bag of catfood. I got a mega spaghetti squash - $6 and change! I plan to quarter it for cooking purposes.
Rachael seems like your at the point to break that trend. Wishes to holding your ground without a gain and moving forward. Good plan to use this time prior to employment to see your daughter again. Sarah, your house is just helping you keep active :D but yes, laundry - evil :P. My washer dryer is upstairs so double evil. Bee and Gina, hope your both hanging in there! |
