On with the easter challenge!
Phase 1 with apples is still strict Bee - good luck and wishing you well! LOL, actually out loud at the running from whopper robin eggs.
I have to wonder Rachael if you did lose it on hike would it still be there. I lose things a lot with my forgetfulness but the nice stuff always hurts worst.
Sarah - do you like SF pudding cups? I didnt at first but now theyre big help with the hunts being 40cal. I havent yet done pasta outside of the occasional SB TV dinner which I actually have gotten by mistake since I love their non carb ones.
Right now my problem is the cauliflower popcorn. Got a second head and made it today. Doesnt taste like popcorn of course but it is crazy addictive and yet to get down limiting portions - thank god its cauliflower but still its too much volume when I finish off an entire head of it!
Funny thing with the food - spaghetti, bread, salad and meatball served to you. A bite of bread and pasta - they were fine but not worth the carbs. Later they served one of those cubes of sheet cake. Well I took mine and wasnt sure if I'd eat it, and let it sit there a while. This actress playing the caterers daughter as a quiet angry goth girl comes up behind and crabs a chunk of it, putting it in her mouth. It was funny, not rude (since Im sure I couldve got another piece) but I took it as a sign :D.
Bee - One head of cauliflower, all the white including stem, chopped into pieces double the size of a popped piece of popcorn. It fills a cookie baking sheet. Lightly spray with Pam or equivilant and bake at 425 degrees.
First time I did 30 minutes and loved it. Second time after 30 minutes put it in for another 15 and preferred that. It shrinks and browns. I dont know if this is the same as roasted cauliflower but if it is, sign me up!
How is everyone doing today??
Trying to get back on the wagon at the moment!! Its been a bit of a slippery slope since last week, and then of course yesterday was Mother's day. The whole clan was over (my mum cooked dinner for about 20) for dinner and tea - it was great, but as you can imagine healthy eating went completely out the window....especially when it came to the buffet of desserts!!
Anyways, healthy(ish) eating started today but is definately starting again tomorrow!! also have to get back to the gym!!!
BTW, your candy talk - I go with the Galaxy Caramel egg, although Cadbuy's creams egg is a close second!!! I was in Tesco's yesterday to see the shelves stocked with every brand of chocolate eggs - it was crazy!!! There is more packaging than actual chocolate in each pack!!!!
