Bummer...can't work out like usual this morning...have to drop off a car at the shop with my husband and then have committments at my son's schools...

I hate getting off my routine...glad we have an elliptical...going to have to get on it tonight after the boy's hockey.

Goal today is to stick with 1200-1300 calories in case the workout doesn't happen....

Of course I woke up starving...going for the protien bar or the oatmeal...can't decide.

Your very welcome Brigitte! Dont feel to bad about treating yourself we all need a break now and then. As for me today my weight stayed the same.. 159.4...lol.. Today Im shooting to drink at least 84 oz of water.. so maybe that will help.. I worked out yesterday so today Im taking a break.

hmmm....  i planned on taking a break today...  was gonna sleep in as looong as the children would allow me to....   BUT.. i fell asleep on the couch last night while hubby was playing a new video game... woke up at about 5 am... (yes he was still playing)...so went to bed..  tossed and turned, finally fell back asleep, and my alarm goes off... errr....  so woke up.. and got up... no point in trying to go back to sleep again....

so my weight is up two lbs from yesterday... 150.5 ..  but i KNOW that you cant gain two lbs just by what i did yesterday.. you have to eat 3500 calories OVER maintenance to gain 1 lb.. and i didnt do that... sooooo... lets cross our fingers and hope its all water weight, and will come back off quickly...  my trend line is still at 149.80 ...  still kicking myself in the butt though for not having the willpower to stay away from the garlic rolls.. or for not limiting myself...  it seems like its always one step forward two steps back for me :(  ugh...  oh well.. today is another day... and i CAN do this.. i know i can..

unicat I'm afraid to say I'm in the same boat or maybe worse so don't feel bad :)  Our anniversary was this week so we went out to eat today at our favorite resturant.  I've done really good this week and was feeling great when we left the house but then I blew it.  I went into the "bring on the food" mode and let me tell you I regret it now. I haven't ate like that in a long time so of course it makes me feel like crap.  Now I just have to get on my elliptical machine and burn about 1000 calories :). 

That machine was the best money we ever spent and my husband agrees with me on that.  I can burn way more calories on it than I could doing anything else and it makes me feel like I really got a good workout when I'm finished.

Anyway, I'll quit rambling but tomorrow is a NEW day and I hope everyone else is doing great!!

lol sorry we are in the same boat joanna.. i always go into the "bring on the food" mood... when we go out to dinner, ugh.. lol..   and i love ellipticals.... just wish mine was working... ugh.. one of these days.....

Had a super healthy week. This is day 7 no bingeing! However, I must confess that I've been pretty sick, so I haven't really had an appetite.

Haven't been able to work out lately either, which kind of bums me out. I just don't feel as peppy. Hopefully I'll be back to full speed in a day or two. To top it off, I have to go to the dentist for a filling tonight. woo-hoo.

153 now! That's a happy number.

i am kinda bummed this morning..  my weight stayed the same as yesterday (150.5) AND my trend line is moving up.. :(  from 149.80 to 149.85...  i know not much, but this is the first time it has moved up :(  i was hoping to see at least a small drop in my weight today.. i did everything right yesterday, calories were good, sodium was good... and i exercised... i dont know why it didnt move :(  hopefully it just needs another to get saturday out of my system.. i hope..  i better see a loss tomorrow :(

have a great monday all :)  yay, kids gotta go to school... haha.. but spring break is coming up too.. oh joy lol...

Well... I was craving Subaway last night... and I stuck too it all day and even had extra calories left.. so I got a 6 inch meatball on whole wheat bread and then I had 1 m&m cookie .. .. My calorie intake for the day was 1600 normaly its around 1400, so not to bad. But I was up today from 159.2 to 159.8.... Im sure its just water weight though because my sodium was way up yesterday from eating the Subway....lol.. its still a bummer though.. oh well.. today is another day ;-)

don't sweat .6 pounds morningstarfire! It's really probably water weight. And good for you for sticking to a plan and eating what you were really craving. I did that successfully for the first time with pizza last weekend. Probably the only time in my life I didn't pig out on Pizza Hut. I think it's somehow easier when you've planned for it and don't feel guilty.

Looking forward to spring break too unicat!

I'm 152.6 today!!!! Weeeee.

morningstar... dont sweat the little increase, it probably is water weight..  subway has quite a bit of sodium in a 6 in sub..  ugh.. and i love their meatball subs.. lol... 

yay mrswuktisch (uno100, whatever you wanna be called lol.. i knew yesterday it was you, cos i posted my reply to you then came back later and your name had changed lol...) on the loss again :) keep up the great work :)

yippppeeee.. the scale moved the morning :)  whoohoooo.... 149.5 :) down a lb..  maybe i am headed back down now :)  yay :)

oh mannn I baked delicious cinnamon oatmeal scones yesterday evening, bad idea? yes!  Gahh, I did the recipe calculator, 300cals per, they arn't huge, but they are thick, rich, and puffy/tall. So I ate one >>, it was truely a test of my wills not to eat more.

I had one piece of french toast for breakfast, TTOM is kicking my arse. It was so worth it, gonna go get on the elliptical soon.  I was at 154lbs on the dot this morning, I assume that means I've lost 3lbs since I started 1 week and 1 day ago, not shabby.  I'm expecting the progress to slow after the first 5lbs.  I'm gonna go try on my fav brown pants, whheeeee, havn't fit very well into those in over a year.

hello everyone!  sorry i've been mia, i don't have the internet at home and have been burried in paperwork at my job.  i have to be honest and admit to being 85% off the wagon but trying to get back on.  we're going out for my son's 5th birthday tonight so i'm planning on being back on track by tomorrow!  i'm also going to commit to 3 posts tomorrow and will log my food and exercise for the day over my lunch break!  i know i've gained back more weight than i want to know so i'm avoidng the scale.  it's quite possible (not sure) that i could be back in the *gasp* 160's but i refuse to get on the scale for about a week or two because i know how depressed i will be if i am in the 160's and i have identified my one and only trigger....stress!  when i get stressed out for whatever reason that's when i tend to make bad choices, so i'm going to stay away from as much stress as i can.

wb ltmsmfft :) hope you are able to get back on track..  i know its difficult for you to get on when you dont have internet at home and are swamped at work...  maybe try to take a few minutes of your lunch break to log your daily stuff.. (or buy a small notebook you can carry around with you and log it that way..  although its harder to find out the calories in some foods that way, lol) i know it helps to stay on track if you are logging your stuff on a daily basis... and i know stress doesnt help at all..  i will eat when i am stressed, or smoke...  right now i choose to smoke over eating.. but plan to quit after i get down to where i want to be.. hopefully by then i will have learned what i need in eating and exercising not to eat instead of the smoking... lol..  good luck on getting back to where you were and down to where you want to be... and we hope to see more of you, as we all are here to support each other... :)

(btw, thanks for the MAC info :)  i am going to find out the exact date of the ball and set up an appt, wanna look all hot and sexy, and i have never had my makeup done right, or been shown how to do it right.. so maybe they can help me :) )

wow!  I know what it's like to be busy!  I feel like I have been running since Friday--I need to plan a bit for work tomorrow, but I am ready for bed.  I was baaad this weekend too--didn't exercise AT ALL, and the food choices were so-so--and last two nites I have been hooked on classic lays potato chips! :p So I am over 150 again, but it is more than likely the salt--I exercised my arse off today to make up for my lack of it, and boy did I feel it!  A couple of days back on the wagon and all should be good in the world!  We can do this everyone!  Just hang in there!

sounds like everyone has been pretty busy lately.. (except me... i am never busy, haha...  although i did have to take my son to the ent today.. looks like he is going to endure another surgery on his ear :(  and tomorrow he has a dr appt for his adhd.. ugh...  hes sooooo out of control.. :( )
 
but on a brighter note...mmmmmmmmm my hubby brought me home two godiva dark chocolate bars (sugar free)...  yummmmm....

lol...   sugar alcohols my bestfriend.. hehe.. helps me get through those chocolate cravings..

I was baddd today, Chiplotle, which I didn't quite finish, worth a good 850cals by itself, horrid.  Then half a scone, 200 cals.  Still have a Deficit of 600 calories in the end due to exercise.  So happy I have somewhere to post about this. I'll do better tomorrow. Obviously not all I ate, but that's the bad of it. XD

Things are good with me. Calorie goals have been going well and things are progressing nicely at the moment.

It's funny you mention Chipotle, nocturne. My hubby warned me last night that I better save up some calories for this weekend. It seems he really has a jones for Chipotle. Funny. At least he's being supportive enough to warn me ahead of time now.
