Weigh in Day!

SW: 151.?

LW: 144.8

TW:144.6

I think I'm gonna take a lil break from dieting again, I may be losing it. I cheated on my diet this week my weakness for cake got the best of me. For my sanity's sake I'm gonna chill with the calorie counting for about 2 weeks

Okay, it's Friday again, and this Friday I reached my goal.  I had a HUGE drop somehow...so now what do I do?

Last week: 128.5

This week: 124.5

Loss: 4 lbs!!?

Congrats on the super weight loss Pumpkin.

here i am for another weigh in...

SW: 320 lbs.

LAST WEEK: 205 lbs.

THIS WEEK: 200 lbs.

WEEK LOSS: 5 lbs.

TOTAL LOSS: 120 lbs.

yeah! i kinda knew that most of my gain was due to water weight, but wow. i didn't think i would lose it all and then some over 5 days. very nice. now is crunch time for me. my whole goal has been to get to 185 by my 25th birthday which is coming up on October 8th. meaning that i have a little over 7 weeks to get there. this past week should have been the last bad week for me. so i really have to get a lot of exercise in and eat correctly for the next two months. i hope i can do it. so far so good. wish me luck.

also, congrats to pumpkin for hitting that goal. i bet it feels tremendous.

This Week: 169

So not impressed.Yell

It's ok jstone I feel your pain, TOTM is coming up for me so I'm not surprised at my slight weight gain plus I kinda took a break from counting last week. Which I needed becaus eI was starting to lose it a lil bit.

Congrats Brett must be nice to not have to worry abotu a monthly visitor screwing with your weight loss, lol

Good job Lietee, keep it up.

Weigh-in Day!

SW:151?

LW:145.8

TW: 144.4 (just 2 days ago I was 142.? so I'm guessing this is just water weight I'm retaining from eating a pickle)

here i am...

SW: 320 lbs.

LAST WEEK: 197 lbs.

THIS WEEK: 195 lbs.

WEEK LOSS: 2 lbs.

TOTAL LOSS: 125 lbs.

down another 2 this week. i actually didn't do so great last weekend and ended up being 198 on monday. so being 195 today is wonderful. i haven't been working out as much as i should be. but i've just been lazy as far as that is concerned. i will have to get off my butt and back in the gym very soon. i need more muscle mass. that should be fun. i am only 10 pounds away from the magical 185 that i have been shooting for. i can't believe it.

amayou - i feel you on the weight fluctuation. i can jump from 3 or 4 pounds within a day or two. it's quite strange. the good news is that you are down from last week. so keep at it. you are doing great.

Last Week: 169.0

This week: 167.4

It's nice to see the scale going in the right direction. The funny thing is that I barely worked out at all this week. (I have a medical condition that has bad periods and good periods. It affects my core, so during the bad periods, I can do very little. ) Anyway, it's nice to see the scale going down again. I'm feeling better, so I'm back to working out again.

Congrats Brett & amayou82!

Weigh In Day!

SW: 151.?

LW: 144.4

TW: 142.2 Yippee skipee!

Now how this happened I don't know. To be honest I haven't been counting calories this week, the only work outs I've gotten have been my 10K and a light work out on tuesday. Although I haven't totally fallen off the wagon as far as my eating goes, I wasn't eating the most healthy stuff but I was keeping my portions down.

hey!! im 23!!!

well i fell off the wagon at the end of september and went right back up from 144.5 to 146 thats the first time ever i experienced a gain in my weight.  September first came and i decided to get back on track

start weight 183.5

Sep 2nd  146.0

September 8th 143.0

Wl =3 lbs

Total loss is 40.5 lbs

Goal weight is 129

another 14 lbs to go

Hi all!

I sort of fell off the face of the earth when I reached my goal, but I wanted to check in.  For the last 3.5 weeks, I've been hovering around 125lbs, which is right where I want to be.  This morning I was at 125.5.  "Maintenance" is kind of confusing, but it must be working okay.

I am still working out 6 days a week and logging every calorie.  Don't know if I'll ever stop.

On a related note, my husband, who is 28, started counting about the time I reached maintenance.  It's nice to have a calorie buddy :)  He is aiming to lose about 60 pounds.  Maybe he can come here for inspiration.

And related to that, Congrats Brett for breaking through the 200 mark!  You are pretty much AMAZING!!

Hope everyone is doing well!
