Ive battled with my weight my whole life(if you want to know more you can check out my profile)and Im looking for people like me out there, close to my age who can relate to what I am going through. Im doing the 12 week exercise program and so far Im doing really good (just finished day 8)! I would love to get a group together to share progress and challenges and failures etc. Anyone?

i guess it's that time again...

SW: 320 lbs.

LAST WEEK: 208 lbs.

THIS WEEK: 205 lbs.

WEEK LOSS: 3 lbs.

TOTAL LOSS: 115 lbs.

woo hoo! another 3 pounds! i'm excited because i have been off of work all week and haven't been able to work out. so still losing through this proves to me that it can be done. i'm feeling a lot better and am thinking about trying to work out today. i think my back is ok for it. it's weird that i kind of miss working out. if you would've asked me 7 months ago if i would ever miss working out, i would have told you you are out of your mind. but i guess i'm just not the same person anymore. and it feels stupendous. 20 pounds to go my friends! and 5 more until i am at the magical 200. wow.

pumpkin - way to go on the loss. it's weird how the body changes weight so much within a day or two. it's fun to watch the weight change from day to day. i just wonder where it all goes.

amayou - a loss is a loss and it's always better than a gain. we hear it all the time. but i know it can be frustrating. stick with it. those pounds will drop in no time.

well its the last weigh day before my 2 weeks vacation, Im nervous about not working for 2 weeks, I work really hard and burn a ton of calories so Im going to have to keep very active on my time off...

My friends are still with us and I still havent exercised, its been more than 2 weeks and I really miss is too Brett. BUT I still havent gained!

I'm officially gettin back on track this week with working out as well as eating healthy. My wrist is back to normal, I'm gonna try out LA Fitness for the week. I still have gotten a new membership any where so I'm trying out everything in the area Laughing I miss planet fitness :-(

Oh well, I knew my luck would run out eventually.  I am actually not that disappointed because my husband is visiting this week and we have eaten out about a million times.  It's a miracle I didn't gain.  Starting tomorrow I am going home for a week-long visit, so I'm sure I'll eat out a bunch there, too.  But at least I'll have plently of time to work out while hubby is at work.  My goal date is a little less than 5 weeks away.  I might not lose 6 pounds by then, but I'm going to keep on it and try my best!

woo hoo. another 3. i really am shocked that i am still losing as much as i am every week. i thought things would get really tough right about now. i guess whatever i am doing, my body likes. so i won't change it. gotta keep going. another 2 pounds and i'll be at 200. i honestly don't remember the last time i was 200 pounds, but i'll guess when i was 12 or 13. so it's gonna be amazing. maybe next week? i hope so.

Hey everyone, guess I missed the weigh-in day once again. Was supposed to be getting back on track as of last week, and STILL continuing to eat like crap! WHY OH WHY can't I control myself? I can't get out of my 167/168 rut, so if anyone has any ideas of how to keep losing every week help me please!!!

When I started CC in June, I lost 3lbs the first week, then 3lbs the second week, and now nothing. What am I doing wrong, I can't figure it out...

Hey guys it's been awhile since I posted on this site. I kinda lost track and before I knew it I have gained the weight back. It's been a weird couple of months. I switched jobs at the end of April. I start an hour earlier. I haven't walked in the morning since. My bro is getting a divorce and thats stressing me out. It's also summer and I have been drinkin like a fish. I need a kick start! Hoping no one would mind if I rejoined the group.

well i lost a pound. this week was supposed to be my great week of getting to 200 or under. hopefully that will happen by the time monday rolls around. i do my official weigh in for my goals on mondays, so that's when it counts. i haven't done anything different this week other than having a slightly big meal on wednesday. i hope that that is why my weight hasn't gone down more and not because i'm starting to plateau. i don't like plateau's. but i can't be upset because this has gone waaaaaay better than expected. so i'm happy overall. i'm heading for vacation next week, so i won't be weighing in on friday, but i'll check in on monday when i get back. wish me luck!

It's already Friday again!  And my last Friday living in DC, too!  I hope I can keep up with the workouts and healthy eating when I go back home to my friends and family and all the places that remind me of being a lazy blob!

I finally broke into the 120s!  Woot. I still want to lose 2.5 more by my birthday, just to prove that I can, but then I will start on maintenence.  Sweetness.

I'm still here. It's been a rough few weeks. And I've been eating too much and working out too little. I finally got back on track this week, but there's plenty of damage to undo.

hey everyone. brett here. i promised i would weigh in today since i just got back from vacation. so here it goes....

SW: 320 lbs.

LAST WEEK: 201 lbs.

THIS WEEK: 205 lbs.

WEEK GAIN: 4 lbs.

TOTAL LOSS: 115 lbs.

yes, you read it right. i gained 4 pounds over the week. i'm not worried about it at all though. i knew i would gain. i ate whatever i wanted and drank whatever i wanted. it was vacation. the good thing about this whole lifestyle change is that i know i can get right back on track. these 4 pounds will be gone in no time. i'm confident and ready for another week. so i'll see you all friday and hopefully there will be at least 4 pounds less of me. haha.

It's ok MedBrett, vacations are for enjoying yourself, plus you probably weren't drinking your required water so you probably have a few pounds of water retention. I'm sure you'll come in here next friday with a 10 lb weight loss Laughing
