I found Slim  in  6  to be great for toning, it is not dreadfully hard to do. I did the 6 weeks and found my self toned!  I looked great, I did the Slim and Six pack daily too which made my abs look decent.  I have not done this in about 2 years now but would love to start it again, that is if i can get my girls to nap at the same time!  Anyone doing it, or about to start it?  I am ready for the 6 week challenge.  I am eager to start but fear not following through... I know it works!  I have seen results firsthand!  I need a buddy!

i have only been doing slim 6 mainly and once a week i have a p.e class where we occassionally run one mile or two but other than that just slim in 6 and i didnt use supplements
super- wow!  that's intense, i guess because i'm not that far into the program but that's great good for you!  I also have the Fluidity method which is a routine with a ballet bar, and I occassionally make a trip to the gym and do some elliptical work.  You're a great inspiration!!
I don't know anything about SI6 but have heard a lot of good things about it.  I'm curious what is it...cardio?  I'm very uncoordinated and was wondering if the moves are hard to do?  Thanks!
I did it 6 days a week and had to take off 2 weeks due to vacation and my Son's wedding.  I have pics in my profile after 2 weeks and the results were amazing.

I didn't incorporate any other routines other than walking 30 minutes a day.
laura - welcome to the thread. Go to my profile. I posted summary on SI6. :)
I'm curious.  When you all put the SI6 workouts into your activity log, what do you select for SIU, RIU, and BIU?  I've been putting that SIU is "Aerobics - Low Impact."
I never logged my exercise calories... Only to make sure that I do exercise every other day (at the least) and each session last 30min to 1 hr.
I just found out my office will close at 11:30 today. Cool . That means I can do workout this afternoon! :D No water for 3 days and no exercise for 2 days really got to me.

Just checking in to suck-in some motivation and then do BIU plus cardio (that would be a good 1.5 hr). Really need to burn some calories. Tonight we are going to the ball game (and you know there are some wickedly-good-indulgence-but-deadly food there to be had) ^_^
Change of plan.  I did cardio for 20min before the ball game, but no BIU in the afternoon. Came home last night around 10pm and started BIU around 11p.  *whew*  * wow* :p after a while not doing it, it totally kicks my butt!

I managed the floor legworks allright, without switching legs (but still adjusting elbow/arms) and felt the Burn on my hamstring and calves. ^_^

anxious- your results pics were great!  way to go that's awesome!! It's great motivation!

sweet tart-hope you held up at the ball game! I need some motivation too! I'm starting to slack didn't do SIU on Thursday or today, working retail walking a 90,000 square foot store on a concrete floor really drained me these days!

i'm going to see a bunch of old friends on monday and would really like to look good, i'm going to switch to RIU tommorow before church!

Happy Easter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OMG!!! For the first time in a looooooooooong time I'm liking the shape of my legs... they're still not my ultimate dream legs (like when I was taking Karate in gr. 9), but I think they're getting there, and only after 3 weeks... 3 more weeks to go until Cuba... Plus I'll be doing Phase 1 South Beach diet for the 2 weeks before I leave, so I should lose another 6 lbs and the muscles I'm building should show even more... I'm so excited!!! Maybe I'll even be able to wear a skirt above my knees!!! OH, Pray for me!!! I hope this isn't just my brain trying to deceive me (you'd be surprised)... I'm starting to get muscles in my arms too... I hope people will notice!!!! My boyfriend says I look tighter, but he's such a nice guy that I think he'd tell me that just to keep me motivated.  I actually see a difference though.  Lost maybe a pound or two, but I don't have that much to lose.  I wanted to tone up my legs, abs,and butt... Oh yeah!! My butt is higher!! YAY!!! I'M SO EXCITED!!!

Sorry, just freaking out a little!!!

Anxious-- Great results pics!!!
Hey everyone. My Birthday is coming up on May nineth, and the only thing I really want, is to have a bathing suit body for the summer. I really want to ask for a fitness program, and I was looking into slim in 6. I am only turning fourteen though, will I get the same results as everyone else that are in their mid 20s?.. Im just looking to tone up and lose the couple inches in the waist and stomach areas.
This will be my sixth day of Slim in 6, my fourth day of doing Ramp It Up, and man, this is kicking my ass.  But I am plodding on with determination, I am not going to let this program get the best of me!

I like to think I am already noticing changes though, and maybe it's all in my head, but maybe I am getting a little stronger!  I am definitely getting able to go longer without taking a break.  And I always feel so ACCOMPLISHED when I finish.

Debbie Siebers feels almost like she's my own very special friend, haha.  I love her personality, and how she encourages.  I <3 Slim in 6!  (Not sure if I'll be saying that when I move on to Burn It Up, but for now, I'm doing pretty okay!)

jessica_90, you probably already look great if you're only 14 - happy birthday May 9th, by the way.  My 46th birthday is May 16th.  I can't imagine SI6 not working for you.  It seems like it might even work better for you since you are so young.  Let us know if you end up doing it.

The thing I love about it is that I feel so much healthier.  I am hoping my 19 and 21 year olds will do it.  It's great if you're motivated by a better body but the results are a healthy body and that's long lasting.  The bigger story is that after 3 weeks off, my husband and I have noticed I don't feel as well and I am lacking the energy working out was giving me.  So go for it!

Paganmist, congratulations!  Sounds like you are doing great!  I just started back in on RIU and I am so sore today!!!!  I plan on going back and forth between RIU and BIU to maintain my workouts.

youfoundjenny, I found a lot of shape doing South Beach and SI6, I bet you're not imagining it.  The great thing is, as you kick up your metobolism, you keep loosing.  Clothes fit much better and that little extra fat in the tummy shrinks.  I plan to keep going and hope to lose even more.

lyric280, did you see your friends yesterday?  did you feel like you looked good?  I hope so.

anxious1, boy, I really saw a difference in your 2 week pictures!  amazing!  can't wait to see the 6 week changes!  congrats

sweet_tart, thanks for all your encouragement on this site!
Thank you very much Sweet_tart.  I ended up ordering it from e-bay and just got it today.  I can't wait to start!
You're welcome ^_^ So nice to see this thread still alive and GROWING! Remember to take before after pics, and share it :)

My 35th B-day just passed yesterday ^__^
Most likely I blew the whole day's calorie allowance for dinner :p

That said, going back to see Debbie tonight for an hour of booty-kickin workout ^_^b
Happy Birthday sweet_tart!!!  I'm sure you probably didn't hurt yourself too bad with your dinner, you look great!  I'm going to try my first workout tonight!  Hopefully my tummy will look as great as yours does!!!  I'm so excited after reading everyone's awesome results!  - Laura :o)

Lauraj74-- you'll love it!! It's really hard work once you get to Burn It Up, but it'll all be worth it!!! You'll love your beach body!!!  You just have to put in the effort!!
