Find your twin on CC!
Post your stats here. By this, I mean your weight, height, sex and age. See if someone else here has similar stats. You might just find your twin. Having the same frame type is an added bonus!
If you can find another health-conscious person who is more or less built like you and is around your age, that is great. You can share tips with that person to get to know how to lose weight with your body type (since his/her body type might be the same). You can also try different things and give each other some feedback. I think this should help with all of us losing weight, especially teenagers because I think the simple rules of calorie-counting don't work with teens as their minimum differs from the adult 1200 (female) and 1500 (male).

I am 27 years old, 200 lbs and 5'3. I lost 6 lbs so far and have a question. Yesterday (mother's day) I broke my diet. I think I ate about 4000 calories, if today I only eat 1000 will that help even things out? So it would be like 5000 in two days, or 2500 a day. Or does it not work like that?

I have done this in the past... What if you cut your calories to say 1300 or 1400 or just ate more healthfully for today, incorporating unlimited amounts of fresh raw fruits and vegetables (like salads) so you wont feel hungry and at the same time helping you to flush all that nasty stuff out of your system...
Then tomorrow go back to your routine?

Yeah, I'm going to get back on it, it's just so frustrating to gain weight back! I just weighed myself, and it looks like I gained 3 lbs just from yesterday. So today I'm going to stick with fruits and vegetables, seems like after you break your diet and eat fatty foods I'm just so hungry! The scales says 207, I have my clothes on so that has to count for a little weight (not enough though).I was at 199 on my home scale. I wish I could just knock off 30 pounds really quick with a fad diet and then eat healthy to get the other 50 pounds off. This is so frustrating.
