I have had nothing for breakfast and I am grabbing a 100 cal snack pack for my 10 am snack break.    I feel good mood wise though.  Not lagging or anything.  I have kept myself busy so far at work and that has helped.  But I dont like missing breakfast since its the most important meal of the day! Does anyone have an suggestions for a quick high protein breakfast to keep me going through the early AM?

look at my post on page 22 -- I give protein ideas but at the end give my recipe for homemade protein bars, my favorite breakfast on the run (which is just about EVERY morning).  And you're right, breakfast IS the most important meal.

Yes, I gained a pound.  I was at a wedding on saturday that went clear into 2 am on sunday with an after party at a sports bar.  Absolutely nothing on the menu at the wedding was "good" and nothing at the sports bar was either.  I did drink a mai tai but just one and drank a half a glass of sweet tea at the wedding.  Not a good weekend really.  I pulled it together last night and went with a lighter dinner finally!  So now its time to get back on track.  My son is in camp down the street from work so I can walk to drop him off AND pick him up.  Yeah! 
7/25 weigh-in: 134.0 lbs, down 0.5 lbs form last week.  Would have been a full pound if I wouldn't have over-indulged yesterday.  Oh well.  Back to the grind.  Goal weight 120.

I guess I was due for a plateau. :)  I hit my goals: netting 1370 calories/day on average and my fat/protein/carb ratio was 20/40/40 so I don't feel bad.  If I've learned anything from the last few months is to not get too focused on the scale (it doesn't tell the whole story).   Afterall I'm down a notch on my favorite belt this week (in fact I have never used this notch before and I've had this belt for 4 years).

Ehh, my monthly "friend" is visiting, eventhough there is nothing friendly about her!! lol...therefore my weight will probably fluctuate by a couple of pounds until probably next monday - weds, so I really won't know my weight until my friend says goodbye for the next 28-30 days...lol..oh btw she says "hi" to everyone...i know gross!

What do you do when you've been eating appropriately all day (it's 12:30pm and I've had three small meals totalling about 600 calories 40 grams of protein and and still have lunch in about an hour) and your stomach is growling?  Do you eat more than you would have planned?  Or sooner?
Can I join this club?  I've been lurking here for awhile in hopes that I wouldn't have to join because I'd be out of the 130's, but I just can't get out of here!!  So, I'd like to join until I can... perhaps the support and knowing that I have to post my weight weekly will motivate me through the week...

I usually weigh myself on Fridays or Saturdays, though, not on Wednesdays, but on Wednesdays I will post my weight from the passed weekend.  So, here is mine for tomorrow:

Goal weight: 124.2 pounds (for now, may go lower, but I want to get here first!)
Current weight: 132.9 pounds
Left to go: 8.7 pounds
8/1 - 133.5 lbs

Its my TOTM -- so no official weigh in today.  I usually put on 3-5# of water during this time. 

If you are curious, though, this morning I was 132#.  It is all very annoying, I know it isn't real weight (ate a deficit this week and lifted religiously) but it freaks me out everytime; so I plan to avoid the scale until Saturday, when things should return to normal.
Aug 1 weigh in:

132.5 lbs - Goal is still 125 lb.

Yeah.  I lost two pounds!  My monthly "friend" may have helped me there though!  Whatever it takes.  I am doing atleast 15 minutes on elliptical per day on level 3 at 2.8 mph.  Most days I have pulled 25-35 minutes but 15 minutes is my start back minimum.  I want to start looking at doing pilates too.  I need to be centered and flexible!  My eating has been great.  Obviously I am doing something good if I lost 2 lbs since my last weigh in before my monthly "friend" came along.
