From low 200's trying to get to the mid 100's (145-155) anyone wanna do it with me (FEMALE)

This group is my effort to get support from everyone and get everyone that needs suppoort to help each other. So everyone thats in this boat thats around the 200s and is aiming to get down to the mid 100s (135-155) or less. Monday morning will be the group's official weigh in so that we can talk about progress and give support if people are having problems and not losing as much as they would like.

Hello! Count me in 27 yrs old. 5-weeks I started & weight 221. Now I am at 203. I am excited that I lost 18 lbs already. I cant wait for the scale to read the 1 at the beginning. I am at my lowest since 2001. I am excited. My journey will keep going. My goal so far is to be 176 or hopefully less by Halloween. & from there set another goal. Lets stay together & motivate each other.

Starting Weight: 205

Goal Weight: 148

Last Week: 194.2

Current Weight: 193.2

Only down 1 lb. last week but it's my TOM so I'm hoping it's really more.  Hope everyone has a great week!

Wow, I don't know how I didn't find this group back in February. This applies to me almost exactly! :D

I'm 26 and 5'4", been hovering around 200 pounds for a while.

Current weight: 209.4

Short term goal: under 200 and stay that way!

Long term goal: 139 pounds.

Alright, World, I'm tired of dieting and ready to start living, so I want to get this done with once and for all! I am soooo glad I found you all. Even if I don't post, just knowing you are out there in the ether ready to help is nice.

Last year I lost 40 lbs and have since put 10 lbs back on.

I lost the weight last year by doing SB. Loved it! But find it hard to stay on during periods of stress. I have tried numerous times to get started again, but failed each time. Not this time!

I'm now ready to lose the weight.

Goal is October = 195, December = 170 May = 150

I know I am late this week posting---I've been really pissed off because my scale would NOT cooperate with me!  I've been soooo close to crossing back into the 100's that I could taste it!  But 10 looooong days and I just kept bouncing up and down with the same 1/2 pound!  (Turns out I was getting ready for my monthly--I started on Monday...)

So those are my stats for Monday....(but I'm so excited because today I hit 199.6!  ONEderland at LAST!!!!)  And the best part of it?  I've lost weight WHILE on my monthly!  I went to the gym to celebrate!

Another slow week :(  But still moving in the right direction!

I just came across this forum and would like to join if it's not too late. I'm getting very frustrated and need some advice. My current weight is 219 lbs and I'm 5'6". I don't understand why I am not loosing weight. When I work out, I gain weight. When I stop working out because I'm gaining weight, I lose weight and then get to a stand still and even when continuing to eat healthy, nothing happens. So then I start working out again and gain the weight back. I don't get it. I've even mixed it up between cardio and weight training...it doesn't make a difference. I feel like I have a lot of water weight. I don't drink soda's but maybe once a week if that. I drink more than the suggested amount of water every day. HELP!! I'm at my wits end. This is my heaviest weight ever and it's driving me insane. Please anyone who has experienced this or has any suggestions, I'm open!

Okay, sorry I haven't weighed in for a couple of weeks. But here goes.....

June 19 SW: 201.8

Last logged weight: 190.2

CW: 184.6

GW: 136

So i'm down 17.2 so far :-)

In my last post i said hello to the 180s, now i'm saying come on the 170s!!! Woo hoo!!

Not that it is as easy as it sounds. I fell off the wagon for about a week and a half. BUT the good thing is i got back into the healthy way of things.

And sometimes i just wish i was slim already!! LOL

AGH!!! But then i guess you all know what it's like.

I'd done ok up to date, still going strong... get annoyed that it's not fast enough but... obviosuly its easier to put it on than to lose it! I went from 164 to 224 in a few months. but now I'm on the way back down its obviously slower!

Good grief!  It's always slower coming off than going on!  I get so pissed off that if I blow it I can gain 5 lbs in a short period of time....but it will take at least 3 weeks to take it back off!!!!  Welcome!  :)
