Anyone up for a July weightloss challange?
Starting next saturday june 30th to july30th I am going to start my own challange.
I would like a loss of 10lbs by the end date.
I pledge to keep my fitness to at least 4 times a week an hour a day of whatever exercise of my choosing.
I pledge to eat a 'healthylivinglifestyle' ranging from 1200 cals per day to 1600 varying my exercise to the cal ratio.
I pledge to not binge on junk in the home or office and keep only to my 'healthyfood'
anyone may join the last day for joining would be june 30th.
Just add your start weight and ending weight for each week.
I will add mine starting june 30th.

I was eating at Pinkberry because I thought it was a heathy snack then I found out the truth. It?s Candy in a Cup! The 13-ounce large size has 16 teaspoons of sugar (65 grams). That?s 1/3 cup of sugar in just the yogurt. The 8-ounce medium size has 10 teaspoons of sugar (40 grams) in just the yogurt. Toppings add even more sugar and fat. Pinkberry won't even has release the ingredients so we don?t know what it is.

Thank you so much Angie for making this challenge! I don't think i could have kept motivated to lose 6.6lbs in only 3 weeks! I'm usually so... flaky.

Will there be another for August or has this one exhausting you? lol.

211...however I lost 4 inches off my waist ,3 off my thighs, 2 off my arms and 2 off my chest...in 3 weeks..I am really excited to check again in 3 more>:)

Wow! Im really excited about the 3 lb loss this week. I was really sick on Tue/Wed/Thur so I havent worked out at all this week. Hopefully I can loose another 3 next week. Im going to bump it into super drive!!! LOL

hit a plateau! Ate pretty much same as last 2 weeks, but didnt do any proper exercise. Have just done a 5 mile walk, so will try 2 up exercise in coming week. Am going out for chinese meal tonite so that wont help!!!!
