Clean Eating Challenge
Ok, there seems to be a mysterious condition going around that is causing sabotage to our eating. I know I'm not alone here when I admit that my eating this past little while leaves a lot to be desired, causing slight weight gain after such hard work to lose it.
I also know, that I am the same person who was practically flawless in my eating for like almost 90 days straight, so I know I can get ahold of this - who's with me??
There is no deadline for sign-ups, anyone can join at any time!!
All you have to do is check in once a week (at least) & let us know how you're doing. If/when you "cheat", simply let us know & I will restart your start date.
A cheat is defined as whatever a cheat would mean to you personally, whether it be going over your calories, bingeing, not eating enough, too many treats, etc. We all know when we've cheated, so just be honest with yourself
Let's be honest with each other & keep each other eating clean k? The PRIZE to the winner? Well that's easy - weight loss!!!!!!!!! (or maintenance for those at that stage!) Let's do this!

ok, another restart for me.
I don't do this normally, but this past weekend I went on a candy binge, but I don't feel bad for doing it, weird huh. But I was happy that I lost weight so I did it anyways, but I did not gain any back 'phew'.

going camping this weekend and I will NOT let it hinder my progress :) I'm going to allow myself a s'more or 2 but I have healthy options I'm taking with me! I'll let you all know how I did when I get home!

I blew it! First time in 4 months! We went out for Chinese Food and I had a Spring Roll and 2 Coconut Shrimp. Yikes, the scale showed a 2 pound gain from the salt. Sooooo, I need a restart please.
OK - here's the deal - I've been clean since Monday, and my plan is to STAY CLEAN until I reach my final goal of 136 - that's 3.5 pounds. Then I will treat myself to a nice meal out. Not sure how long this will take - but probably forsure a couple weeks.

mabear- I'm sooo sorry, I blew it last night already! I felt sooo guilty just thinking of the fact that I have to come in here today & tell you. But this is IT! I'm done with that bingeing. I actually did great all day, and then we watched a movie & I just couldn't stop. I mean, we paused it several times, just for me to get off my ass & go get more junk! How crazy is taht?? I need to promise you now that I"m in till JUne 1. I PROMISE!!!!
Oh and I'm so glad you love your new exercise routine! It does make you feel great doens't it!!!

Hey Dee and all clean eaters! You wanted to know HOW, well this is how. I did a post a while back about my mind set and eating.
HOW I LOST 109LBS! Get in my BRAIN, not my belly :)

Made it thru clean today. I have to be perfect or better than perfect until next Thurday. One can hope. I have final weigh in then and I have 4.2 lbs to lose. Plan is continue exercise hard until Saturday and then stop--hopefully that will help!!
Ok, so far so perfect!!!! It's 10:36 pm & we're gonna watch a movie. I saved my skinny cow chocolate ice cream sandwich for now so I wouldn't want anything else. So as long as I dont' get up from my chair & go straight to bed after the movie,I'm good!

Hey bingers out there! The only time i feel like over eating is when i am stressed and under rested. instead of giving into food, i find the source of the problem. i bought myself a nice set of fragranced candles, a good book, some bubble bath, and i would lay in the warm tub and soak my stress away instead of grabbing for the chips. ahhh so much better than greasy chips.
naps are the best. especially with freshly washed sheets!
so next time you feel like you want to binge, ask your hubby for a massage, a cuddle session, curl up with a good book, take a nap or get in the bubble bath. i also hear meditation works. anything to calm your nerves. <3 exercise egh?

Dee rastart me I woke up feeling depressed not sure why Just am depressed today and I went on a binge with the kids breakfast treat (donuts) I ate three!! I am supossed to weigh in for a challange tomorrow but I might skip and just count wednesdays weight as my weigh in so I don't do further damage to my goal. I am thinking the only change in my pics is that I am gonna be twice as big 30 days from now.
So don't feel bad I know I am an emotional eater and I don't quite know how to seperate my feelings from the need to eat or not eat yet. When I figure that one out life should get a little easier. I am also open to suggestions on this issue! I do want to change!
any way I feel like total crap and finally said I have to go tell Dee and I see your post. Ok As of tomorrow it is on. June 1 or die trying!! I am throwing away the donuts!!

Staying clean and things are going really well! I weighed in on Wednesday and I'm at 147 ... right in my goal range. I've been walking to work and home, and started my yoga back up. Great news ... the instructor at the yoga class I go to twice a week during lunch is leaving, and she wants me to take it over! I'm so excited! And the teeth have healed up fine, and I'm back to eating normal food ... about time! :-D
