Ok, there seems to be a mysterious condition going around that is causing sabotage to our eating. I know I'm not alone here when I admit that my eating this past little while leaves a lot to be desired, causing slight weight gain after such hard work to lose it.

I also know, that I am the same person who was practically flawless in my eating for like almost 90 days straight, so I know I can get ahold of this - who's with me?? 

There is no deadline for sign-ups, anyone can join at any time!!

All you have to do is check in once a week (at least) & let us know how you're doing. If/when you "cheat", simply let us know & I will restart your start date.

A cheat is defined as whatever a cheat would mean to you personally, whether it be going over your calories, bingeing, not eating enough, too many treats, etc. We all know when we've cheated, so just be honest with yourself

Let's be honest with each other & keep each other eating clean k? The PRIZE to the winner? Well that's easy - weight loss!!!!!!!!! (or maintenance for those at that stage!) Let's do this!

After being clean for a week after a re-start, I'll re-bold your name. So you always have a chance to feel like you are succeeding. 

Also, if you just don't feel like you want to partake in the challenge anymore, can you let me know so I can remove your name from the list? Thanks!!

Anyone not checking in for one week (December 25 - December 31) will be removed from the challenge.

hey! everyone here has such great attitudes! I'm so impressed!

Day 2 of eating clean again... aaah, it feels so good!

carie- donuts are so yummy but oh so dangerous :) I have one once a month maybe, but now they sound so unappetizing b/c they are SO sweet! I ride my bicycle past Dunkin Donuts every morning and it's getting to the point that it kinda makes me sick! I suppose that is a good thing now! lol

rezaiasl- awesome job! any games try to mess me up! I was watching the cav's game Friday with pizza and chips and I had a TINY piece of pizza and a few chips... lots of water though! :) It's tough but I agree 110%, moderation is key!!!

lisalcd17- I totally am with you on the slower the better mindset :) I'm down to my last few lbs and man is it taking a while! But, I feel like it's going to be gone forever now!! :)

brightestblue - ya, I hear ya, the evenings are the worst for me too, especially if I end up watching tv or a movie. It just seems that tv & snacking go hand in hand. Way to set up new rules & boundaries for yourself, that's the way to succeed!

yeah i did okay... i had a delicious grilled chicken sandwich, a few steak fries, and a 1 inch square of cake!! yummo!! i allotted 800 calories for it all so that should cover it... I told Tara , my pal, she had to have  another baby so I can "splurge" again!!!!! :)

hey everyone! i'm still clean!

i indulged a little after dinner (150 cals worth of mike and ikes, and 100 cals worth of chips), but i went biking to make up for it and i played football earlier, and burned it all off!! :)

did anyone else find it really hard to eat well over the long weekend?
weekends are hard weather its long or short for me .I tend to study on weekends and when I study I munch. Long weekends when the kids are home we tend to grill or go to the beach and it is only a problem when my bf's family comes cause then there is cake in the house or we go for ice cream or something. I don't drink so I don't have to worry about that too much.

I have been eating later and my cals have been 1200 and below and I can't seem to get it right. I am not hungry and don't want to go to bed stuffed cause that throws my whole day off. I have been clean as far as what I eat its just I can't seem to get enough calories in. I was told along time ago eat when your hungry and even been carrying those 100 calorie packs in my purse just incase. but I am also pretty heavy too and THe nutritionist told me not to go below 1250 oops I don't know cause I eat and I measure my portions maybe I am not logging things in right . who knows??
Perfect day today, still get to have my skinny cow chocolate ice cream sandwich! yay! can't wait! I'm gonna hop into the hot tub first, my back aches.

I think you're ok even aroudn 1200, that's what I've been doing since end of Jan & I'm still alive! lol! Calories are just an estimate too, you're right. But try to get a solid 1200 if you can.

piecesofme- its' not so much the weekends for me as the days when I dont' keep busy. Like yesterday when it rained all day. All I thought about was food, so I ate a bunch! bad girl! lol!
Kay so i've been doing horrible
i tottaly forgot about the challenge.
i've been stuffing myself like crazy.
today i woke up and i wasn't even awake for more than 5 minutes when i grabbed the chips-ahoy wafers and i nature valley granola bar.
390 calories in like 10 minutes of waking up.
who does that?
i really need some extra motivation.

Been there Done that Junkoholic the more fatty the more I want it. 390 well there is still time to save your day and not go over your cal expenditure. Go take a walk through out the chips ahoy and get some of those chips ahoy 100 cal pacs and treat your self w/ a pack at the end of the day for being good to you and your body all day. plan a healthy lunch and dinner you should be ok.

any way june first here I come! a leaner cleaner eating machine. I am also doing a few other challenge that tie in with my normal exercise routine and I have 2 different weigh in days and today is one Today I weighed in at 226.5 Last week was TTOM and i gained 3.5 so I am down four pounds WOOOHOOO!! I still get a kcick out of hearing me say my exercise routine, I HAVE A ROUTINE for EXERCISE that tickles me since when I started on cc.com April 9 2007 I onlt seemed to be a routine eatier and crier. Its the littlest things that mean the most. I have not felt this good about what I am doing in almost two years now! I don't like it while I am exerciseing but at the end of the ROUTINE i sure am glad I took the time to do it .

okay clean eaters.... i am off to florida til sunday .... my wt is 173 this am so lets see if i can walk, swim and shop off a few pounds while down there!! I warned my friends about my clean eating habits and when i talked to them yesterday they had gone to the store to get me diet coke (awwww). talk to you all sunday!!!
Hi everyone.. start me over as of Sunday, the 20th.  I had allowed myself a glass of wine but it ended up being two!  Then, since I had blown it, I ate more than I should have for dinner.  I'm happy to say that I have been clean the last few days - which is a feat in itself because my hubby is off to a conference and I've got extra duty to keep the kids clean, the house in some semblence of order, and make time to plan out healthy meals.  But, I'm good to go today and the scale says I took off one of the two pounds I packed on.  It definately isn't worth it to indulge - I feel like I lost one whole week's worth of hard work!  But I'm back now and wiser!

I started over on May 16th... Mother's Day weekend was hard.

I was away for several days with my family, but still ate pretty well.  So, I'm still in!
Still eating clean even though my body is going through some junk food withdrawls!!!  I found that eating a couple of graham crackers satifies my sweet tooth.  At first they didn't help that much; I just wanted something ooey and gooey!  But I stuck with it, and now they do the trick; I never would have thought it possible!  I believe you can train your body and taste buds.
Ooh. I love graham crackers too! The different flavors they have out are great. I'm glad to say that I'm still eating clean. Today's my weigh in day at the doctor's! (no scale in the house..need one) I'm a little nervous but hoping that my weight is down. Wish me luck!

Restart me and it is June 1st or bust!!!  Had a little cheat yesterday, but nonetheless a cheat--I have been starving today and have not been too good either.  I have not logged on my calories today and I probably have already exceeded them but I will not eat anything else today.
