Anyone doing SLIM IN 6?
I found Slim in 6 to be great for toning, it is not dreadfully hard to do. I did the 6 weeks and found my self toned! I looked great, I did the Slim and Six pack daily too which made my abs look decent. I have not done this in about 2 years now but would love to start it again, that is if i can get my girls to nap at the same time! Anyone doing it, or about to start it? I am ready for the 6 week challenge. I am eager to start but fear not following through... I know it works! I have seen results firsthand! I need a buddy!
40 min BIU ^_^; I weak hahahaha. too much goodies I guess :) I combined those with about 15 min of independent weight training and cardio blast.Later when the sun comes down thinking about running around the block, jog/sprinting. Been a while since jogging on the pavement. Would be fun I think.
monix - Ha! Maybe that's my issue, I gave up coffee, I gave up pastas, and potatoes... but the cigs. *sighs*. I'm going to have to admit, I can't let them go. But I notice that my intake of the cigs have dropped dermatically ever since I started working out. I'm done to two a day. I usally smoked about 6 to 7.

I just finished Boot Camp Cardio then did the squats from BIU, resistance and the leg lifts... hate those leg lifts but I want a hot bum for the beach!
I feel beat! Today is also Friday so I tend to fast on this day during Lent. I know I should make Friday my day off but I have been quite lazy this week. We had a funeral yesterday that really left me with little motivation to do anything, then I worked 11 hours last night... only to go back again tonight... I am going to sneak onto the couch and hope that my baby will sleep at least another 45 minutes!
I am working on getting new pics up soon, I want to be well rested so you wont see the bags under my eyes! Maybe mid next week!

Oh my gosh!!! I just completed my first day of BIU. My hubby isn't working out today so I thought i'd take my lunch break and move to BIU. WHOA! Talking about moving it up a few notches. I'm going to say that I did great...although i did have to march in place a couple times during the lunge phase. What an incredible work out - i'm still shaking. Oh and the 8 more and THEN 8 more again WHOA - that's all i can say. I'm looking forward to seeing the results of this new one over the next few weeks.

Holy COW! I just got slim in 6 and this was my day 1. Eww I'm all sweaty :) I only did the Start It Up, but even with that I started getting exhausted. Of course I did the slim & limber first, and then I tried topping it off with the ab's video.. and got half way through it, but lets face it.. i'm out of shape! Better luck next time egh?

Ladies, I feel like I let you down... The last couple days here at my mom's domain have been bad.
I did manage to squeeze in some workouts, but I almost forgotten how winded you can feel when you are out of shape @.@
I tried running this afternoon around the block, (I think about 1+ miles worth) and *whew* tough! Of course the 80+degreeF in the vegas' sun was not helping either. But I notice with the increase intake of sweets and cakes in my tummy, the drive to exercise got reduced. Tonight, I felt shooting pain in my mid-rift area (I think the pipe above the stomach) from eating too much. Definitely teach me a lesson... All I can say is that I am glad that I am heading home tomorrow & I better whoop my arse to sweat extra time in the gym or with Debbie to get back in gear.

It's either RIU or BIU or bust! Today I will ease up even though it is my off day. I think I will do a good RIU though, cause I didn't work out last night. *sighs* Sorry for long post. Haven't gotten my Slim in 6 yet, but they just charged my VISA so hopefully that means they shipped it too :o) Been doing Turbo Sculpt all week, and I don't really feel a difference yet, but it's only been 5 days, and I'm not that out of shape. I just need to slim down my thighs and lift my butt. I hope this happens at least for a significant amount in the next 6 weeks. I want to at least notice some sort of improvement before I hit the beach in Cuba...

Hey Everyone! Whew! I got through my tough week (hence the reason I haven't posted in a while!) SO...this week was CRAZY busy but I still managed to fit in my 6 days of exercising!! YAY!! I'm so proud of myself! I almost took Wednesday as my day off but I felt SOO guilty for not working out that by later in the evening I just HAD to do a work out before I went to bed! I was so pleased that I feel so guilty when I don't work out....that's better than losing pounds or inches for me! (well maybe...haha) but I really do like being motivated to work out and feel like I have to in order to make my day complete! So tomorrow marks the end of my third week...half way done! I can't believe it! I can definitely feel that my muscles are stronger and my legs look more toned I think....I can also feel my muscles better so I'm assuming I'm losing body fat!! YAY!! And to top off this crazy week I got offered an AMAZING job for the summer so I am super excited for that too!! Anyway I'd love to hear from everyone else...6 weeks till my cruise! gotta get a move on!! :)
WOW this is the a rarity that I found the SI6 posts on page 2! It is early in the morning so maybe that is why. Anyhow... I am going to get moving, do BIU with some variations. It is unfortunately too cold out to walk here and we have a 2 inch layer of hard ice/snow on the ground, not soft enough to play in. I feel like I am craving fresh air, maybe I will crack a window while exercising.
I have been maintaining my weight, not gaining but not losing either. I am starting to think that maybe this is an ideal wt. for me. To think that way it makes me feel like I am succumbing, so in order for that feeling to decipate I need to keep up a routine, maintain a food log and drink water...
I go for a routine physical with my MD on Wednesday. I am anxious to see what my cholesterol is. Last time I remember it being checked it was 183, like 7 years ago!

well i started this friday night i took before pix ewwwwwwww..lol all i can say is i learned how outta shape i am, my legs are killing me from the squats an lunges, sunday is my off day so i did friday an sat i will take measurements tonight should of took em friday but aw well. i think most of its pretty easy in start it up, but my body aches from it... well back on tonight, start it up, then abs one!!
Erica, my legs felt the same way. Wait till you get to RIU... I just started it this weekend and when I got into those leg lifts, my legs were like "Are you serious? You want me to do what?"
What is Slim in 6? and where can I locate it?

how long did most of you do start it up?
I used it one day and then moved on to RIU. I did do it another time when I wasn't feeling up to par and wanted to work out but not at the intensity of RIU.
