So here it is, though some of you already know some of it. I'm to lazy to retype it all. :D
This has not been my best week. I'm doing alright with my excersizes, but the eating has just been all over the place. Probably only 3 days when I actually got everything logged into my acount. A few days ago I had my lowest weight yet....200.5. I was so excited and my measurements have gone down a little again. But then these last couple of days have been not good ones. I just feel like this big fat blob failure. So I'm not getting on the scale because if I do and it looks anything like I feel, than I'll freak.
When do most of you girls gain water weight due to TTOTM??? I wonder if that's it, but than I've got about another week to go before that hits, so I don't know what's going on.
I do know that the days before TTOTM, I always feel really fat and then once it starts, I feel like I've lost 10 lbs. Anyone else like that???
My new years goal is to at the very lest be below 200!! Preferably 197! I would be happy, that would put me at 10 lbs lost and 37 more to go.

Checking in for the night. Tonight we went ot Walmart....suicide mission I think!! Not for us to kill others but to feel like we were being killed. I am extremely on edge now and I feel like I could freak out!!
Partially because of emotion and partially because I really am hungry I am going to eat a sweet potato tonight. That puts my calories at 1361 and my burn meter is at 2010. I did exercise today so I will just be eating back my calories. I need the sweetness of my sweet potato!!

Cwaaaaazy day, as Sylvester the cat would say. LOL. Back home from karate at my SO's place (my second home, I'd say..) We have loaded up the sleigh (Honda) to go over the river and thru the woods (down the highway) to Grandma's (Mom's) house. We are taking a new bike with us, a gift for our sister-in-law to be. Yup, we're all crazy sports freaks. Gosh forks, I'm so sore today from that stadium steps adventure! But worked some of it out at karate class.
Congrats on meeting a milestone Kirsten... hope to join you in 2008. I think the last time I was under 200 was in 1987. And BB and 4SQ too, way to go. Forks, you are our spiritual medicine women, your wisdom and attitude help us each day; love the reminders to remember the big picture.

Today marks the four month mark of when I began my getting-healthy-weight-loss-adventure back on August 22, 2007! I am now just one and one-half pounds away from the "Promised Land" of the 200s (for the first time in FOREVER) ... and I'm sneaking up on a couple of other milestones (a 75-pound loss and losing 20% of my starting weight!) This week was an especially frustrating one as I saw a two-pound water weight gain early in the week, and had to wait (and treadmill it away) until it slowly disappeared. One thing I have learned is that I can't let water retention and discouragement be excuses to stop eating healthy ... and I just need to keep going and push through!
My wonderful DH gave me a delightful present ... the Hairspray DVD that I could watch while on the treadmill. He set up a portable DVD player (with headphones) right on the treadmill (no TV in the room where the treadmill lives), so now I can watch movies while I walk (and walk and walk!) It really made it more fun for me ... YAY! And my rule is that I can ONLY watch that movie (and any others I watch) while I am walking on the treadmill!

Rough week, but managed to hold on fairly well. FAR better than I would have 8 months ago!!! Adding extra weight under stress is like adding problems to problems, isn't it? ![]()

- I wanted to clarify my stats! I couldn't count on Tuesday, as I ate out twice with family that day, but did well as I ate carefully!
- I added the 14th instead, and my avg. calories are probably a little higher than the sub-1200 avg. showing, even with my tough Monday low.
