Anyone up for a July weightloss challange? angiethe1_2005

Starting next saturday june 30th to july30th I am going to start my own challange.

I would like a loss of 10lbs by the end date.

I pledge to keep my fitness to at least 4 times a week an hour a day of whatever exercise of my choosing.

I pledge to eat a 'healthylivinglifestyle' ranging from 1200 cals per day to 1600 varying my exercise to the cal ratio.

I pledge to not binge on junk in the home or office and keep only to my 'healthyfood'

anyone may join the last day for joining would be june 30th.

Just add your start weight and ending weight for each week.

I will add mine starting june 30th.

No loss this week (disappointing) but on average I've lost 2.25 lbs per week and that's good.  Hey, body--do you hear me?  I wanna see a loss next week!

Still 'behaving' all week and relaxing a bit on Fri & Sat evenings. Didnt do much training again, but did make it to gym today. Gym ball is good fun as a spacehopper, and good to put feet on while watching tv!! Very pleased to have lost 4lb with your support. Thanx.

Okay, I re-weighed several times so I guess I am recording it. I only expected a 1.5-pound loss so maybe this was still residual water weight or some kind of monthly fluctuation since I should be approaching that TOM soon... hmm.

Not that it matters to anyone on here, except me, I accidentally posted my height as 5'4" but I am actually 5'9".  The weigh in and everything else was correct.

I wish my weekly weigh in for this challenge was on Sunday, because I weighed for this challenge yesterday and I weighed 321, and then I weighed for a different challenge today, and I weighed 318. :>)
