Hey all, I'm looking for others with similar goals (not stats, anybody who's 10 or less from their goal) so we can keep each other company for the last leg of the weight-loss extravaganza. A small group would be great fun! (Let's keep it to just the first 10 or so who join - if I even get that many takers!) My stats: Age: 22 Height: 5'0 CW: 107-110 (morning-evening) Goal Weight: 98-101 |

ikhkhkhkh digestives have definitely been my downfall too stephiepops! best suggestion i can give is don't eat a single one. maybe have a separate stash of healthy snacks in the office??? like a bussle of whatever fruit is in season or rice cakes.
btw guys, need a little boost of support at the moment :( i'm in the middle of packing and moving from Egypt back home to the US and it's soooo hard! everything is everywhere and i don't want to leave my friends... really resisting the stress binging at the moment... :( |

Hey all! I went to my first class at the gym I joined yesterday -- the LeMills BodyPump. It was *awesome* and super intense. Has anyone else tried these classes? I really loved it. I'm going to Pilates this morning at 10:00 a.m. -- hopefully I won't be so sore that I can't do anything!

Hay sept - nice one on the bodypump - were you sore at all? Unfortunately I live to far from a gym to join the classes but I am going to go for another run tonight (hopefully the rain will hold off) then do some pilates a bit later. Jeboltz - Stress is more likely to make you eat more plus I have IBS and stress always makes me have awful stomach pains. Try taking some stress out on some sort of exercise or have a soak in the tub. No biscuits so far........ fingers crossed! |

Hey Stephiepops! You can do it! We're all here to support you! Phew, I am so relieved because I thought I would go over but I went only 7 calories under my daily ration, yay! My weakness is that I always feel like I need something after dinner, like a tiny little piece of dessert. Oh by the way, guys, a new great thing I've discovered is Fiber One cereals and granola bars. They're so good, and the cereal is only 160 calories for a whole cup! GAH! I just had breakfast with my family, and I ate 510cals of really unhealthy (deep fried, oily and fatty) food... I've no idea how much to eat the rest of the day now, cause i don't usually go past 250cals for breakfast.... >"< I've no idea why too, but I've been absolutely bloated since dinner last night. It's not the TOM yet, and I'm wondering whether it is the chinese (restaurant) food syndrome, like water retention--->bloatedness due to excess sodium... anyone has any answers?
Friday Weigh-in for me: Weight on monday: 120~121lbs Weight today: 119~120lbs I think I lost a pound! (if it's not water or an error in my scales that is...) *jiggles about happily* |

Thanks Okie, I really need some encouragement at the moment.
Going well, no biscuits so far.... so want some though! also didn't run last night but will definitely run Saturday and Sunday as the weather is due to pick up. Weigh in today - 157 (I couldn't believe that this morning I am now back where I started) I really feel like I am retaining water though so hopefully I will drop some by next week. Plus TOTM starts in 5 days so that is definitely something to do with it. So.... 147 here we come!! |

that's the spirit! xD If you're retaining water, remember to drink more! you might be slightly dehydrated, and drinking extra water will help to flush out the system! (: |

Friday weigh-in for the one and only Okie: 122 pounds. YARG! How did that happen?! Two days ago I was 121, and my deficit's been the same, AND I've exercised! >.< Oh well, it's probably just water weight. Because I know that I should've lost a pound. xD »Okie« |

Oooo thank you SO much for that. I wasn't even thinking about PMS causing water retention -- I only have a few more days until that joy arrives. :P I definitely needed a reminder that the scale is not all-knowing. :) |

Whoops only just returned to this thread and didn realised we had a weigh in yesterday so can i just do me for today? Start weight: 50-51kg Now: 49.2kg Goal: 45-46kg I guess last week my weight was high because of totm but I really should stop buying junk and eating it all in one go!! Yesterday I brought 3 big blocks of chocolate and ate them all (1500kcals just on choc :x) oop |

Lol. The failure to distinguish between 'its' and 'it's' is quite common actually... even in university (sadly). Anyway, the weekend is almost over for my time zone, and I'm wondering how you guys fared over the weekend! I just had a cheat day yesterday, and my weight went up to 120lbs again this morning... Hoping that it'll be back down by tomorrow though :3 |

Haha yeah, doedoebird, I think I kind of have a "thing" for grammar. I'm 15 and I can spot grammatical errors (most of them anyways) left and right! Hehe. My weekend was horrid food-wise--on Saturday and Friday at least. Yesterday I ate 2200 calories but the funny thing is that I ate barely anything. I just happened to go out for ice cream and--SHLOOP!--700 calories down the drain! Ugh. I think I'm going to exercise today, though. xoxoxo Okie |

I ate out Friday and Saturday night. But both were important occasions. I did spend a lot of time outdoors, walking, yesterday. Today should be better. |
