What are your favorite breakfasts?

Mine are:

Oatmeal with milk, pumpkin, cinnoman, raisons, almonds, honey; with some fresh fruit

OR

Oatmeal with banana, raisons, cinnoman, almonds, honey, milk; with a glass of 100% High PUlpOrange Juice +Calcium

OR

GoLean with raisons, cinnoman, a banana and milk; and Orange Juice.

Any others?

i tend to alternate between:

1) 1 cup 2% Greek yoghurt

    1 cup fresh berries

    1 slice of homemade carrot/banana/zucchini/apple flaxseed bread (my mum bakes them, healthy and DELICIOUS)

 

2) 1c Special K protein plus/chocolatey delight mixed in

    1/2 c skim milk

    1 tbsp ground flaxseed

    6-8 almonds

    1c berries OR 1 banana

3) 2 wholegrain/flaxseed pancakes (mum makes them :D)

    1/2 c 2% greek yoghurt

    1c berries

    tbsp maple syrup

Steel cut oats with lots of cinnamon, with a splash of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze, and with strawberries and blueberries mixed in. And a BIG cup of coffee, black.

PB&J sandwich =D

I recently have become obsessed with Multi Grain Cheerios. And it's really good with cut up banana in it too!

1: plain oatmeal. i love the taste of oatmeal so much i never put anything in it, haha. (sometimes when i know i won't get a chance for a snack before lunch i put in some pecans and blueberries to make it last longer, though.)

2: uncle sam's cereal with almond and/or soymilk.

3: pancakes!
I must confess, I do love oatmeal but my other favorites are 2 scrambled eggs with some salsa on top and a piece of cinnamon toast. So delish! :)

Seems like every morning I either eat whole grain toast with PB or oatmeal with two splendas, and a glass of orange juice.

2 Eggo Nutri-grain Lowfat waffles with 1 tsp of Reduced Fat Peanut Butter

Coffee with Over-the-Moon Skim milk. Delish.

Every morning I have a serving of oatmeal (cooked on the stove) with 1/4 cup of lite soymilk, 2 tablespoons wheat germ, and either a peach or 1/2 banana cut up in the oatmeal. I love it! It tastes like peaches and cream or banana bread. Then usually I have 2 cups of green tea also. It keeps me full for hours!

I love cooking polenta with parmesean cheese or oat bran with maple syrup for breakfast. If I could have this everyday, my ideal breakfast would be: turkey sausage patties, home fries, scrambled eggs with scallions, bell peppers, cheddar and mushrooms, and biscuits with raspberry jam.

The other day I toasted a Thomas 100 calorie english muffin and then put 1 tbsp. PB on one side, then put strawberry jam on the other side.  Then, I cut three small or medium strawberries and placed them inside.  It was delicious! And it was only around 250 calories!! It's now one of my favorites.
