| Four Week Club, Part II - Starts Monday May 12th and ends Monday, June 9th! -- CLOSED to new members | ||
| May 05 2008 23:30 | ||
Hey, I think it was pretty successful and, to be honest, I liked almost everybody that was involved. (Kidding!) Same dilly - For those of us in the current four week count down, post your final weight there, and then copy and paste it here... as it will be the starting weight here! Morning Weigh ins on May 12th, and then every Thursday and Monday from then on! (I'm actually pretty glad to do this - I'm going to Hawaii on June 12th, so I'd love a reason to keep driving to my goal weight before I get on that plane.) Awright! Who's in!

But a compound called galacturonic acid, found only in grapefruit, adds a unique therapeutic benefit: It seems to dislodge fattly plaque buildup in arteries and whisk it away... You may want to try some grapefruit. It does help in burning or attacks buildup fat in your body. I will get back to you with the apple cider vinegar thing. Okay yay! Here goes for my first accountability group! I'm Euni, 22, UCLA premed student! Height: 5'5" Highest weight: 155 lb Lowest weight: 98 lb Start weight: 120.4 (in the morning, after going to the bathroom but also after eating breakfast) Goal for this challenge = 115 lb by June 12... I want to be fit when I graduate! I finally managed to break a small plateau and start losing again by re-joining 24 Hour Fitness and switching up my exercise routine. Still eating tons of high-fiber foods and adding 200 extra calories of healthy fats back in. I finally think I can do this the right way... no more yo-yoing or weakness due to lack of energy. Go team! We can do it! |

Staying at 123. I have an ultimate goal weight that I would like to make by my birthday on 7/5, but I don't do well with time vs. weight, so I'm just thrilled if it keeps coming off, especially around the midsection. My waist is finally coming back, yeah! |

Original Post by marmel13: Apple Cider vinegar is just a falacy. Did some research. As for keeping up with your weight loss, add cardio. Once you get close to your goal weight, you should add more weight training and calories to add muscle. More muscle, higher metabolism.

Well I missed the first weigh in this morning. I had the family over for Mother's Day and ate about 2200 calories yesterday, but what the heck. Mom had a great time, and you still gotta live, even when you are trying to lose weight, right? I've been really good for 11 days, so I guess that's about as long as I can go without a pretty major cheat day! Today I'm back on track. I was 160 after work so I guess that is my start weight. I'll be on time from now on. Promise! |
