i'm 15 5ft 8 and 127, want to be 115 or 110

I'm 14, 5 foot 5 inches, and at 120 last time I braved the scale.

Edit: Now 110.

Edit2: Gained 10 pounds over the summer, so I'm back up at 120, but I am also 5'6 now :)

Im 14, 5'7 and 130ish.

I'm 14, 5'4" and about 107.

Mantaining, but wouldn't mind to loose a couple pounds :]

I am 15 on May 19th and I weigh 123.0 lbs today at 5'3, my weight has been going back and forth between 108-124 lbs the last couple of months. It is unhealthy.

Not that anyone wants to hear this - but I think some of you have unrealistic goals. Try not to focus on the numbers...the taller you are, of course the more you're going to weigh, doesn't mean you're fatter because your shorter friend is 100lb and you're not (I'm 5'9 so I know what it's like ;)). You all know the saying muscle weighs more than fat (it doesn't really, it's just more dense, 1lb of muscle takes up a lot less space than 1lb of fat)...so don't rely on scale numbers. At 5'9 I'm not going to fit into a size 0, but I can probably look the same proportionally at a size 6 as someone who is 5'0 and a size 0.

I'm 14, 5'6", and around 116-117.

I'm trying to maintain, but losing a couple more pounds wouldn't be so bad.

5'4, 173.4 last week.

alright...well i'lm a guy, 5'9 and 3/4 & weigh from 146-150...i curremtly weigh 148 (my mom made me gain weight =/)

am i normal...?

i want to go down to 130-135 though...

13, 5'9, 144 trying to get to 110.

13-15??

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!

you little children have barely hit puberty... and i hate to break it to ya, but once your body starts developing you WILL gain some weight... so don't dwell on these numbers.

in a year or so they will go up, and you are going to be like "oh no, i am so fat because I am not 100lbs anymore like i was when i was 13" (*and i dont take into consideration the fact that i developed breasts and grew 4 inches!*)

please, for your own sake get off this site.. you are too young to diet or be worried about calories

this is how eating disorders start..

Umm, excuse me, but that's definatly not true. For someone who's 100 pounds yeah, but there's lots of young teenagers who need to be worried about calories, there's thousands of teenagers that are very overweight.

that is true also.. BUT unless that IS the case, many of these "young calorie counters" should not be 'young-calorie-counting'

overweight teenages would probably do just fine making healthier choices and adding more excersise:

fruit instead of fries

carrots instead of chips

water instead of pop

limited sugar and fats and junk food

lean protein

low fat milks

lots of veggies

...

it's not that hard.

 ....

calorie counting can help, but there are many healthy people who maintain their weight never counting a single calorie, simply by adopting a healthy lifestyle
