Hey everyone! I decided to make a group for those who need to lose anywhere from 50 to 70 lbs. I think if we do weigh-ins once a week (whatever day works for each person), we can all keep each other motivated. It is possible for most people who join this group to lose mostly all of the extra weight by the end of 2008! We can all use tomorrow as our first weigh-in. | well today was weigh in and I am down another three pounds. I now weigh 170. Only 40 more to go and I can't wait to get there. How is everyone else doing with theirs. I hope good. | ||

Yeah, weigh in time...I was very affraid, because my schedule has been really crazy and I really haven't had a lot of time to work out this week, I ate pourly because of scheduling and my son's birthday. All in all, I am blessed. Start Weight: 257 Goal Weight: 200 (or More) Last Week: 242 Current Weight: 238 Weight Remaining: 38 I am shocked. I am uncertain how I possibly lossed all that weight. Total shock. Yeah!!!! |

It's Monday, my weigh-in day. Here goes! Starting weight: 225 Goal Weight: 160 Last Week: 220 Current Weight: 218 Weight Remaining Until Goal: 58 Total Weight Lost in This Challenge: 2 It wasn't a great week, food-wise, so I'm shocked I lost anything. 2 pounds a week is what health-care professionals call "healthy," right, so I'll be happy. I gotta stop watching stuff like The Biggest Loser... I hope everyone has a lovely week! |

It seems that I have gained 3 pounds from last week. But that seems to be the way things have gone for the past 3 1/2 months. Up and down and not going either way. Man not loosing is the pits. Phinman, don't let the gain get you down. You've come a long way already and you can do it! We've all had our weeks when we saw a pound or two creep back on but we can't let it defeat us. Are you dedicating enough time to tracking your calories and are you getting in any exercise? I saw the pictures of you and your beautiful family and, WOW! There's some incintive right there to stay on track. When you're craving a big fat hamburger, or whatever it is that's your trigger food, just imagine that food in one hand, and in the other hand visualize you on a fun family vacation and you having tons of energy to romp around with the kids. Which is more important? Yeah, I know, easier said then done. I hope you have a better results next week. |
