Only two new finds worth talking about this time, but I intend to try Spaghetti Squash here soon....

Wish-Bone Salad Dressing (Light) Sweet& Spicy French 50 Calories

Marzetti Salad Dressing (Fat Free) Honey Dijon 50 Calories
Kangaroo Sandwich Pockets (Whole grain, Oat Bran) 4g Fiber 80 Calories

I also found a Pina-coloda fruit sorbet bar for 100 Calories at Kroger’s, rich and creamy ---VERY GOOD---with real pineapple and coconut in it, but the hubby throw away the box they came in, so not sure of the brand. If I remember I'll check next time I go there.

You have so much more to choose from in America.  Everything sounds so tasty.

I try to eat foods that do not have high fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated oils. This helps me lose weight a bit quicker and I find that I feel more healthy.

My big low calorie staples are: fage yogurt, kashi cereal, unsweetened almond breeze, frozen fruit, hummus and pita, and clif z-bars. I actually maintain a blog (see my profile if you are interested) called Yummy Diet Food on this very topic.

I missed a reply....sorry about that. Kinda all over malibu2008, Most of my shopping is done at Kroger Meijer and Super Wal-mart...and of Course Aldi's Which is a low cost food store. Some products are most likely regional, while others probably appear in grocery stores nation wide at different costs.

I've been slacking on the new food finds lately but Couscous is my newest---I love the stuff!
