dinner recepie looks awesome, m gonna try today.
Linda, how many meals would you like to have planned for you? What cooking appliances do you have, like foreman grill, oven, microwave, Rotisserie,  anything. I would be glad to come up with some meal plans for you if you'd like and then send them to you by private mail on here.
Simar - Let me know what you think. I'm glad you're gonna try it. Was it mine you were talking about?

oh yes it looked yum and healthy
Well, I just had the roasted veggies, and this time I added Whole Mushrooms and Sliced Green Peppers to it. If you like those, you will love that dish. Fantastic! My mouth still drools, and what's so great about it is that it's very healthy too. I had that 2 cups of the roasted veggies and a hamburger patty that I fixed on the foreman grill and 20 grapes. I am satisfied. I'm gonna log it in now to find out how many calories it was.

Edit: My meal was 530 calories, without counting the oil, cause it's hard to know exactly how many calories from oil you actually consume, but that gives you an idea.
WEIGH IN:

I would like one week breakfast lunch and dinner. bye the way I am at 212 and my goal is to get to 150 for health reasons and I am trying to set little goals along the way. first goal sticking to 1800 cals and getting to 200 on the menu thing I'd perty much have breakfast and lunch it's the dinner I have trouble with. any help out there?
Pam,Thanks for your help. I have foremans grill and microway Like that mainly for reheating and just about have any gagget you can think of except a rotisserie We eat a lot of chicken and ground turkey and ground chicken red meat only once a month . like all veggies, and pork tenderlion.and my husband likes deserts every evening so if you can come up with low cal ones that can go with my cal amount. it will truely help. and yes feel free to send it to me on my email address.
Linda - I would be honored to do that. Have a blessed day.
i'm in too!! just started and my biggest problem is staying motivated too!! need a little help!! lol! i'm 36 and after 30 and a car wreck boom i now weigh 224 and want to finally reach my goal weight of 140 eventually!! lets keep each other going!!
Am I too late??? My ultimate goal would be 160 which means I have 99 pounds to go. =) I could use some support, and I'd be happy to give it.
biting my nails......i weigh in at 1pm today at my WW meeting at work. I honestly have no idea how it's going to turn out, but I do know i need to get back on track and be more concientious of what i put in my mouth next week!

-Alyson
Welcome aboard southernskye and rebepi. We're happy you two joined us. We will help each other keep going and keep each other motivated. Support can be very important.
So, I'm pretty happy this morning. Instead of eating lite toast with 0 cal butter spray, I actually got some real healthy calories in (I've been eating way under the required calories, and not on purpose). Hardboiled eggs and lite cottage cheese are soon going to become a morning staple. Dairy and protein. Not bad. =) Anyone else ever have a problem with breakfast? Or figuring out what to make in general?
