I DID!!!!
I think I had like 2500 cals... I'm serious. I did work out though so I prob went over my burn by 500-700.
Anybody screw up worse than I? What did u guys eat?
I had hot dogs, chips, watermelon, a lot of beer, Mikes hard lemonade, and then some after drinking munchies.

It's been a looooooong eventful weekend!
Thursday: 2300 calories
Friday: 3000 calories
Saturday: 3500 calories
Sunday: 4100 calories
Thank goodness I ran 5 miles on all of these days! Good lord did I eat and drink! HOLY COW!!!
oh i did pretty bad. i had chips and dip, pretzels, cheese and crackers and pepperoni, cheese burger, potatoes. a freezy pop, some cake, and some cookies.
i gained 2 pounds back just from this weekend
Coconut Chiffon Cake, a big ass slice of it. Oh, and brownies and sausage.
Oh and then on Saturday, lobster with butter and a pina colada. I suck!
But, I am counting again and I did log everything I ate, even the badstuff so that I would not get out of habit.
I didn't I had healthy food all weekend...I did make a cornbread, chicken, w/cream of mushroom soup cassarole....

had regular breakfast, no lunch, two coronas, a bottle of wine a hamburger, tons of chips.... on friday
had a bowl of cereal a banana and thai dinner lol plus chicken breast ice cream and cake saturday lol
then on sunday i had regular breakfast, a meal from wendy's and chinese food for dinner
sooooo in total according to scale i gained 9lbs~ ... they will be gone by midweek... im 140 now~ [=
I did good on the 4th but the 5th and 6th I drank beer constantly. I didn't do too bad as far as eating goes, but with the beer, I went way over burn... As of today I'm up 2lbs but I'm hoping it's just bloat. Back to counting today and I'm laying off the beer for a while.
My boyfriend had a barbacue and I ate steak, potatoe salad, chips (tons), and the worst coockies (tons), then I had beer, margaritas, uffffff
Then yesterday We had pizza for dinner, Im so sick of eating, and mad because I was watching my eating during the weekend, but I guess was my fault, so I'll go back into my regular exercises and healthy eating for a while....
My 4th pretty much lasted the entire long weekend. It was my husband's birthday so I had Baskin Robbins ice cream cake three times - once for breakfast even (so ashamed! ) I ate Mexican food, hot dogs, fried chicken, everything full of carbs and bad for me and then I stepped on the scale at the grocery store last night, hence, my joining this site today.
I've started a diet today and cannot WAIT to start feeling more like my old, less mushy self!
I totally blew mine... I also don't want to even get into logging it... I'm even kind of blowing it today, because everyone brought their left overs to work!! (Julie brought brownies!!! How can I compete with that?!)
Sigh, I'll get back to logging tomorrow, meanwhile I'm just trying to drink a lot of water, and figuring out how I can squeeze an extra trip or two to the gym in this week!
Me too! I logged about 2300 for fri and sat... but prob ate 100-200 more that I couldn't remember or cause I wasn't measureing portions. Ooops and no work outs except for a leisurly bike ride to the beach.
I didn't eat that bad of food tho, just lots of it :) and lots of alcohol, no ice cream or hot dogs or pie for me. the worst stuff I had was baked doritos and 3 double stuf oreos, yum!
today is going to be back on track!

During the day, even during dinner, I had nothing but raw fruits and veggies all day including at dinner. Then my mom forced me to take a little desert, so I had a cookie. That triggered a serious binge and I ended up eating a little brownie thing, half a cupcake, two of these pastry things with fresh cherries on top. Seriously, you need to get help if you haven't done so already.

Healthy 300 cal breakfast with cereal, milk, and fruit.
Subway's for lunch, without any condiments
Grilled seafood salad and some chicken strips for dinner. And some coke - I think the last time I drank that was several months ago XD
And I prevented myself from drinking alcohol.
I think everything clocked to around 1300 or so, so I'm pretty proud =]
Ugh, did I EVER! Not only did I stuff my face on the 4th, but on Saturday and Sunday too. I didn't work out at all either because I'd decided I could use a short break from the gym (I got right back to it Monday though!). I don't even know how much I ate. I drank so much beer on Friday that I lost track (I was trying to keep a tally on my arm, but that stopped VERY early
). I don't know why I continued to eat like a pig for the next 2 days, but oh well. I just logged 4000 calories for each day (although I HOPE I'm overestimating) and moved on.
man.. you guys just blew it for the 4th. I pretty much blew it every day last week. I went camping at a music festival, and although I took healthy food with me, I ate just as many cookies as I did veggies. (plus.. it's just not camping without the hotdogs, smores, jiffy pop, etc. etc.)
I was active ALL weekend long though. I hiked, swam, walked everywhere, danced my butt off... and still gained weight. TTOM snuck up the day I came home though, so I'm hoping the gain is from that. Oh well, back on track today! I'm not stopping now!
Edit on 07/11/2008: The 4 lbs I gained on vacation are gone already! Must have just been some extra water weight. ![]()
wow... you don't even want to know what i ate... just know that you all did really good comparitively.
I think I won the "Who Blew It Contest!"
I ate all of the following:
-About 20 tortilla chips with a sour cream based store bough guacamole dip
-A slab of ribs
-A cheeseburger
-Two helpings of potato salad
-Two helpings of onion pie (corn bread crust w/ sourcream and cream cheese/onion filling)
-Baked beans
-Green bean caserole
-Two brownies
-A heaping slice of chocolate fudge pie
-About three big vodka based drinks
I could probably think of more that I ate, but i'm going to stop myself there!
I really enjoyed everything though, and I stopped the next day and got back on the ball! :)

And I was looking forward to it for weeks while being a good little angel.
I partied on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th. Now it's time to knock off these extra few pounds I gained.
Was it worth it? Not really. Next time I'll plan things that are worth it before getting down to business :)
Wow, I'm glad I'm not the only one who 'fell off the wagon' for the 4th!
I was in the kitchen preparing everything for the hubby to grill so while I was in there the chip bowl on the bar was constantly staring at me with longing eyes, of course I gave in to it's needs! God knows how many chips I ate.
Then I ate an entire skewer of grilled veggies not so bad right? Okat then I had a burger with everything on it....butter flavored cooking spray on the 200 calorie bun,lol, American cheese -ouch!, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, ketchup -yikes!, and mustard. That was just the burger, I also have a polish sausage, god those things are heart stoppers, but they taste so damn good. Anyhow, I skipped the bun on that one. I also had corn on the cob with light country crock and salt and pepper. Then I had the dessert...'star spangled short cake' fresh strawberries and blueberries (emacerated in sugar of course) with whip cream and sprinkles, at least I skipped on the cake that went under the berries!
And Oh YES, The Alcohol..... single barrel Jack Daniel's wiskey with...yup you guessed it Coca-cola. About four 'drink' glasses full, about half and half of each. I think I may have also had a glass of 360 vodka with tonic water?
I think I also may have snacked a bit, at oh let's say 2:30 am?
