Anyone up for a July weightloss challange?

Starting next saturday june 30th to july30th I am going to start my own challange.

I would like a loss of 10lbs by the end date.

I pledge to keep my fitness to at least 4 times a week an hour a day of whatever exercise of my choosing.

I pledge to eat a 'healthylivinglifestyle' ranging from 1200 cals per day to 1600 varying my exercise to the cal ratio.

I pledge to not binge on junk in the home or office and keep only to my 'healthyfood'

anyone may join the last day for joining would be june 30th.

Just add your start weight and ending weight for each week.

I will add mine starting june 30th.

Hi Pam, the excel file doesn't translate here for some reason and I don't know what the nb stands for, but this is the rest. 

you were 325 now you are 324 you lost 1 pound (1 in the 1nb sp) and then the 10 is your original goal of 10 pounds and the percent is the percent lost of goal and the last percent is of body weight.

I will look for a better way to post the results this time.

Not such great progress... Though I had A&W last night, so my sodium was through the roof. Maybe I can blame water retention!
