Thanks for joining us! If you didn't manage to join during our sign ups, please wait until the next sign ups take place before you post a message here.

Weigh Ins are weekly, every Friday.

To Weigh In you will post a message using the following format:
  • Weigh In For __/__ (mm/dd)
  • Current Weight

Chit-Chat is fine. I hope we can all get to know one another and truly give encouragement to one another. If you have any suggestions or comments about the club, please email me and let me know.

Just be sure your weigh ins are in bold so that I won't miss any! If you are weighing in at home on a day other than Friday, please wait until Friday to post your week's weigh in so that I don't miss any.

There may be changes, new challenges, new games, etc. as time goes by. I will always make announcements on this thread header and in a post here, so that it will be noticed, hopefully. :-)

- You must weigh in at least once a month to remain on the member list. If you are going on vacation or there is some reason you will not be able to weigh in for over one month, please email me and let me know.

The Member List shows your starting/current/goal weights the followed by how far you are from your goal. I've broken the list into categories by weight to lose before you reach your goal. Once you reach your goal, you will be moved to the Maintenance area of the list and you may then weigh in as often or little as you'd like, just please try to keep it on Fridays.

I've always had a problem with my weight and since I've had my girls I haven't been able to keep it where I want it.  I've been yo-yoing between 130 and 160 for the last four years. I would love to be at 113 which is where I was 6 years ago but I'm going to go for 120.

There's always room for more -- it's a pretty small group.

I've been in a plateau at 155-157 all month.  This morning, I matched my previous low from April 29/30, (whatever it was) and it's the only time since that date that I've dropped below 155.0, although I've hit exactly 155.0 at least twice before bopping back up again.  It's only a freaking .2 pounds, but maybe I'm about to break through this plateau.  It will be a busy weekend, and I will be home the whole time, no eating out or anything.  Maybe  ... maybe ... crossing my fingers.

Ooh, I'm 5'3"... I kind of fell of calorie-counting in the last few months of school, but I was doing pretty well so I'd like to try again! :D

Goal weight: 103

i am doing so terrible...ugh! just cant seem to keep at it. I am not about to let all the hard work I have done so far get away from me. I am going to make this goal...hopefully by the end of july...thats realistic right? I would love for it to happen by 4th of july but totally highly doubt it!

I need to be way more stricter...its so easy to cheat tho! and food is so yummy! lol...isnt that why we are all on here trying to lose??!!!

Hello! I'm back!

This thread is really hard to kill! LOL

As of 6/6, my weight is 180. Yeah!!! I managed to lose a little after staying on a never-ending plateau. In two weeks time I am going back to Europe for the summer, before continuing onto Canada, then the States. I'll be back at the end of September. Hopefully, I won't have increased my weight, but decreased it instead.

Welcome to all the new comers.  And don't worry about your height, provided you have a willingness to stay put on this thread, it doesn't really matter!!!

hey i was thinking that if we wanted to continue with this thread everyone could resubmit there stats...sw, cw, and gw and then maybe I could put it all together and create a new one.

Count me in as well, but just know I'll be off to Europe and America for the next three months, starting from the 22nd of June. I'll be back on the 26th of September, in a new house, having shed a son in Canada on the way...

SW was 183, CW is 178.5, GW is 125.
