You should take it easy with the shoulder, but well down on the weightloss!! So I'm on day 2 of the "no eating junk"........ok, I'm not going to sya the word diet!! just trying to get back into my routine of going to gym. 358 which means I gained a pound - no problem, I was hoping for a loss but with this calorie increase, allowing myself 2 weeks to adjust before I start pAnIcKiNg! Also end of month and even though I skip periods most month, I still think I cycle so that didnt help either.
I always try hard but then set expectations low - Im such a sissy with disappointment. I actually thought allow yourself up to 360 (try to plan for worse case scenario) so no happy dance but glad it wasnt too much. Course I thought, couldnt youve started the calorie increase AFTER Valentines goal? LOL Im not eating the alloted calories for the CC amount but I cant expect to lose weight on the calories for the 200 pounds if Im eating that low and losing now. Glad your aboard Gina! When you know, throw me a number. Boy Ive got some work to do with the goal I set and no loss this week. Angel food is so unique, hard to really explain. I think of those memory foam mattresses because light like and foamy like that. Really good - lightly sweet. Sounds like a great plan for this weekend Rachael !! Cookies, cake and pumpkin pie days - we'll be showing some strength this weekend :D. |

Holy guacamole batman, its Friday! Will also say over and over into Rachaels head, stay on track (have fun) stay on track (have fun), have fun (in moderation) have fun (in moderation). Good control with the chips, not always the easiest food to control.
Thanks for the update Angie and Zzzzzzs to you! Thinking about making the calorie adjustment more gradual - want to make the Valentines day goal and without a loss this week, its that much more challenging although I am keeping in mind chunky weight loss Rachael. Plus I got tickets to a play for me and my friends I havent seen so we still havent exchanged christmas gifts (which means procrastination of buying said gifts LOL). Wanting the best fit for those theater chairs. For years couldnt go to movies or concerts because of seating. Exciting! |

WEEKLY WEIGHT LOSS REPORT As you know, my official weigh-in days are on Saturdays or Sundays ... and this week I selected Saturday and that's the official weight that I record for me. Though my weight loss to date in January has been slower than in previous months, it's still remaining reasonably steady and at a healthy pace ... which will be a nice prelude for February (which has been designated a "Maintenance Month") since I will be out of town for more than 14 days. (Don't worry, I still plan to do my very best to stay on track while out of town!) Anyway ... this week's results show a loss ... and a loss ALWAYS equals a good week, right? And on a related note, I achieved my exercise goals for every week in January (90 minutes of cardio per week), so starting Monday that increases to 120 minutes of cardio per week for February! (I also work with some weights, too.) STARTING WEIGHT: 369 CURRENT WEIGHT: 290.8 WEIGHT LOST THIS WEEK: 2.2 pounds WEIGHT LOST TO DATE: 78.2 pounds PERCENTAGE OF WEIGHT LOST (of starting weight): 21.1% WEEKS OF DIETING: 23 weeks SPECIAL COMMENTS: Started thyroid medication today for under-active thyroid. NEXT GOAL: 289 = 80 pounds lost |

Im not getting near the scale either it was up a pound already so I know it cant be good after this weekend. Im loving hungry girl.com I made the chicken strips that are coated with fiber one. Really yummy and full of fiber. Today trying the butternut squash fries Hoping for good results. I know phase 2 allows for high fiber cereal Im hoping that converting it to a savory coating is allowed. EEECKKK Im converting to a hungry girl. Allthough the food they use is southbeach friendly. wonder why Dr A never thought of some of those recipes.
I used a chain saw on that tree so the only thing I had to do was drag branches around. Some of them were heavy though. Did do the nature hike thing with the whole family. I was terrified that my two year old was going to fall down the hill... she ran and ran while I was running and screaming at her to slow down. need one of those baby backpacks so I can contain her LOL. |

Good morning. everyone I'm back on a schedule again yeaaaah.
Hi Bridget The sugar free jello helped me with the missing fruit. I always forget about these and only remember when telling some one else. no sugar added fudge pops are a great evening snack if you don't like the ricotta thing. try some of the different salads and vegetable dishes Ill admit the meat part of my dinner is usually the same.... either chicken or fish some times turkey. The veges is what changes for me, but was the most important thing i changed in my diet. Hows everyone been. I think we've all been pretty busy. |
